I am please with the service of Remit Home as I have doing trasfers for over and they not let me down. The transfers are instant and with the highs rate in the market.

I wish i read the reviews before using…
I wish i read the reviews before using this service. Please don’t use this service because they will hold your money for days without any valid explanation. It’s been 9 days since i made a transaction and i don't know where my money has gone. They fail to provide any logical explanation and hold your funds on purpose, and when you contact them they keep saying we are investigating. I am surprised that this company is still allowed to operate in the UK.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Remit Home.

On 29 May 2026, I sent £100 to my parent through Remit Home. Four days later, the money still has not been received. During this time, I have contacted customer service multiple times seeking a clear explanation, but I have been given conflicting information and repeated assurances that the issue would be resolved “by the end of the day.”
I even spoke directly with a customer service supervisor, who promised that the funds would be delivered by the end of today. Unfortunately, that promise was not kept, and the recipient still has not received the money.
Up to now1/6/26 I still has not received the money
