Complete waste of time, **DO NOT BOTHER**

Don`t bother no estate agents are willing to work with this company, and I tried 4 that were listed in my local area from their website. It seems they won`t sign terms and conditions and are unwilling to meet there commitments and pay out to landlords leading all estate agents in Birmngham to refuse to work with them. They then refuse to refund the fees they charge. Complete scam preying on the vulnerable

I’m sorry to hear that you have had difficulty finding an Agent in your local area that would accept our service. We work with many Agents, Landlords , Charities, Universities and Councils across the UK, including in Birmingham, as well as adding new agency relationships regularly.

Some Agents and Landlords prefer to use a homeowner guarantor but we are willing to discuss our terms and conditions in detail with any new Agent and Landlords when required.

We help a vast number of tenants move into their new homes, when they otherwise would not have the backing of a fully insured guarantor.

We pay out on claims when they are in line with the terms and conditions signed by all parties at the time of the guarantee being put in place.

So far. They have been flawless.

PREFACE: As of writing this review, I have not yet moved into the apartment, had any issues with rent payment or secured any renewels. This is also my first time with them on my first apartment. Your milage may vary.

My initial impressions were great, it seems so friendly and inviting and simple to get through the process it almost seemed like a scam. The UI is easy on the head and eyes, the process took a day to complete and the payment I owened was very reasonable.

They were certainly there for me in a tough spot. As they make it clear on their website, not everyone has the luxery of a guarantor. These businesses are here to not keep us out of the rental market.

I have not seen other reviews on this place before placing my trust in them (risky i know but i was depserate) and thankfully this trust, so far, has not been misplaced. I would recommend this company to anyone in my shoes.

Bad experience due to Rigid company policies

Company is very rigid with its policies I asked for monthly payment from the company however company denied since I am not currently in the Uk, I think company is completely money centric not customer centric.

Thanks for the feedback, the instalment option is offered by third party payment providers and are subject to acceptance which is clearly stated on our website.

Unfortunately, if they are unable to offer you an instalment plan as you are not currently UK based we do need the full payment of our fee before we can confirm to your Agent that we can be your guarantor.
