I was very confused and stressed about everything as it is my first time getting an apartment. Homebody gave me the clarification and answers that I needed. They also responded in a timely matter. Thank you!

The apartment complex I live in contracts with Homebody to do insurance verification. They send notices and bills that look like phishing emails (so end up in spam folders) and then charge penalties when there's no response. Additionally, they claim to be integrated into the portal we use (where all important messages are sent); however, none of the messages they send are present there. Based upon their responses to follow up messages, I believe they do this intentionally to generate more income.

Highly recommend homebody! They cover my renters insurance, my storage unit and both my vehicles at a fantastic rate! Also if I have had to call in for anything they are very prompt, helpful and knowledgeable! Ty was the representative that helped me and did a fantastic job!! I will definitely continue my services with them and highly recommend you do the same!

This is the most awesome group. I was helped by them when I could not figure out what happened to my renters insurance policy.

Everyone involved helped me and it was a pleasant experience. I have renters insurance with Farmers Insurance. Farmers Insurance did an online letter that they and myself forwarded to resident portal and to my apartment management. I appreciate the insurance man that told me about Farmers Insurance when I needed renters insurance. So thank you.
