friendly and efficient
After beginning the process on line but coming to a halt when I was unable to complete the payment section, I completed the the transaction the following day, on the telephone, with the help of Matthew. He made it all so quick and easy and I was so grateful that I didn't need to fill all the form in a second time as he had my information on line and just needed to check it with me. a very friendly and efficient service!!

Simple online approach to information gathering, although you could not read through the policy documents without getting in touch directly. Unless I missed how to do this.
