Good price and quick to organize
Looking for landlords insurance. Gave me a good quote so it only took a couple of minutes to sort.
But really the test comes if I need to claim..and the renewal price next year

What a refreshing change dealing with…
What a refreshing change dealing with this company & Tiffany who helped me take out a new house insurance policy, which wasn’t under straight forward circumstances. She helped guide me through it all and got me a great deal too. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Easy to get hold of, rang you back when she said she would. If only all the other businesses you have to deal made it as easy to contact & sort out . Thanks again

Forget comparison websites, all quoted above RightSure. I bought 2 policies for less than their lowest quote for one. Don't pay for comparisons commissions, go to the source of value RightSure.

Changing review from 1-star to 5-star
I’m changing my rating from 1-star to 5-star after receiving a call from RightSure who empathised and acted on my complaint positively. They understood where I’m coming from and will resolve with the provider to improve their documentation and avoid confusion.
It’s good to be heard so thank you. I have not received the refund but trust that RightSure will make good their word.

I called but the phone just kept ringing. I didn’t feel I could wait. I am not going to argue anymore. It’s a big company against me.
Why would I need to call anyway if your document specifically refers to landlords
