Excellent access to healthy options
It's been almost a year since I joined the the Rise Market membership and have placed at least 6 orders. I greatly appreciate how easy it is to use the website; how fast delivery is; and how responsive the team is when something goes wrong (through no fault of the company). I'm only holding back on one star because I've encountered issues in the past, such has not receiving an item in my order and having a product arrive stale. Rise Market had quickly refunded me, which I appreciate, and I understand it's not their fault, but it was still disappointing.

Awesome customer service. Very quick to receive our orders and always exactly what we asked for. Significant savings on many items and some products from smaller businesses, which are always great to support.

Erica, we're sorry to hear that items you ordered didn't arrive in perfect condition. We do adjust items for seasonality, but its difficult to predict mother nature in all parts of the country. You can make a claim with the carrier if the parcel showed up damaged.

Terrible Experience and Poor customer service
I never leave reviews, unless it's really bad and people need to know about it or it's exceptional and people should know about it. In this case, it's not good. I placed a bulk order of a product that would take me months to use up. When I received the items, they were set to expire in one month, where typically I have purchased this product else where with an expiry date of 1 year or more. There was no notice of the soon to expire on the website nor did they advise me of the expiry prior to shipping it. They refused to provide a return or refund even though the product was untouched and still sealed. They should have at least provided a curtesy email or placed it on their website when the product is set to expire soon, especially on a large order quantity. Terrible experience and poor customer service.

We are sorry you weren't happy with your experience, Christian. On pantry items we guarantee 45-days. You signed up for a free-trial, took the bonus 15% discount and ordered 11 bags on 1 item. Our automated warehouse picks items as orders come in and doesn't pick products from random locations so each bag has a different BB date. Your 11 items likely all came from one case, hence the identical BB dates.
We do not accept returns when people order large quantities and then decide they don't want them. We cannot verify that you didn't tamper the product or store it improperly.
We're sorry that our service, loved by thousands of members, isn't right for you.

Thank you Darlene for your review and we apologize for the slower than usual order timing. We went through a large warehouse and software revamp during the 2nd Half of October and it impacted our delivery times more than anticipated. We are back on schedule again; you should expect your order to be picked/packed/shipped within 2 business days, and delivery is always dependent on where a customer lives ranging from 2-5 days.
