I wish it still came in the rise market boxes, it is unfortunate too see a third party company packaging. I do enjoy the products and yes they are still cheaper than healthy planet even.

Great support after minor mix up with shipping
Edit: changed to 5 stars after dealing with support they were quick to sort out the issue and answered and questions and concerns I had. Providing a discount code to address my frustrations with not receiving my order. Very pleased with the support in spite of a minor mix up with my initial shipping. Would recommend in the future.

Hi Shaun, we are sorry for the issue your order has experienced. As we noted in our response prior to this review, the package ended up with a courier who after accepting the box determined they do not service your area. We have the box coming back and it will re-ship via an appropriate carrier. This is a very unique situation, and we understand that you have been inconvenienced and are frustrated. We are too!

As you know, we made a switch in our provisions of products, and temporarily shut off the sampling until we are able to sustainably ship orders. They will come back in packages...soon!
Delivery Time Too Long
I’m finding delivery is taken way longer than what the website says. It’s not a quick turn around at all. It takes about 2 weeks to receive an order right now and I’m finding the wait is just not convenient.

Great customer service and products. My only ask would be for larger sizes or bulk because I have a family of 5 and we can go through food quickly!

Great customer service and quick shipping. Selection of products is growing. I've compared prices to other retailers and Rise Market usually has the best prices .

If you want your order quickly this may not be for you
Great products and prices but disappointing it took over 2 weeks to get my order. I took the one year membership so hopefully it improves.

Thanks for your feedback, Leanne and we're sorry your initial order wasn't up to our normal standards! You placed your first order at a time we were making a big shift in our Operations, that didn't quite go according to plan, and this interrupted our service for ~ 10 days. This is our fault, and we understand your frustration!!!
As in the past, our service standards are - orders are picked, packed and shipped with 48 hours of receipt. Delivery depends on where one lives across Canada, however I see you are an Ontario customer and you should receive the package within 2 days.
We hope you'll keep in touch throughout your membership if there's anything we can do to make your experience better please reach back at info@risemarket.ca directly.
Delivery disaster
You switched delivery companies so I still haven't received my order that I placed 6 days ago! The tracking number doesn't even work 😔

Thanks for your feedback Melanie. We apologize for the inconvenience your order is causing you. While you indicate we switched delivery companies, this is not accurate. We are using the same trusted delivery partners we have used for > 12 months now. Unfortunately, this package went WOL over the Thanksgiving weekend, and we have multiple efforts to locate it underway. If we don not, we will send a replacement order.

Packages cut open
My most recent order was wrong. Packages of juice boxes were cut open with boxes removed. 6 of the 9 packages ordered were all missing. I cannot find a customer service phone number so I used their contact form on the website. It has been 2 days and have not heard anything from them. If I don’t hear anything I will definitely be canceling my membership. I have not had any issues in the past.

Laura, we were disappointed to hear of your order fulfillment issue. As we communicated, we made a major system change to our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and your order was sent with an error. The system counted the individual juice box as 1 item vs the package of 4, hence the pack team sent 1 box. This has since been corrected after you notified us.
You were refunded the amount for the missing product, and as noted we fixed the system error.
We are a small company, growing quickly, and trying to build a stronger foundation for even more growth. Unfortunately, a small error occurred int he midst of this transformation, and for that we apologize. We are trying our best!!

My New Go To!
Rise has become easily a monthly order in our home. It is super easy to order, amazing prices, so many options that my grocery store don’t have, and fast delivery.
They also have amazing customer service!

Great value and great service
Prices are better than my local stores and delivered right to my door. Always get a little gift with every purchase, which I like because I get to try new products. I also like that there's a good variety of products.
