We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. The item shipped to you was inspected prior to shipment and left our facility in good condition.

As clearly outlined on our website, all damage claims must be submitted through our online damage reporting process, which requires photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label so that we can properly document and process the claim. Unfortunately, these procedures were not followed prior to this review being posted.

We also note that your call was placed after business hours, which did not provide us with an opportunity to direct you to the required damage claim process. After contacting you, you indicated that you would update your review if a replacement was sent. We explained that, as with all customers, we must first receive the required documentation and process the damage claim in accordance with our policies.

We do not issue replacements solely because a negative review has been posted. Our damage claim procedures exist to ensure that all claims are handled fairly and consistently for every customer. Once the required documentation has been submitted, we will be happy to review and address your claim in accordance with our policies.

Unfortunately, this review is not accurate. The wall shelf you ordered was a pre-order item, and as discussed with you by phone, your payment had been declined. We explained that we are unable to ship orders that have not been successfully paid for.

Once you realized the payment had not been processed, you promptly completed the payment, and we immediately shipped your order. UPS tracking number 1Z923R750395605263 confirms that your wall shelf was delivered successfully.

We understand delays can be frustrating; however, in this case, the shipment delay was due to the order remaining unpaid until the payment issue was resolved.

Your order was placed only 3 days prior to contacting us, during a holiday weekend, and our posted shipping timeframe is clearly stated as 8–10 business days on our website, checkout page, and order confirmation email.

Your message demanded immediate shipment and threatened to cancel payment if the order was not shipped right away. Due to the payment threat, we made the decision to cancel and refund the order rather than continue processing it.

We encourage customers to review the posted shipping policies before placing an order, especially during holiday periods. Orders are processed in the order received, and we are unable to bypass other customers or guarantee immediate shipment for non-expedited orders.

Note: You may want to refer to your bank statement since you were refunded due to us being out of stock. This was sent to you in an email and we have not received any response from you since we notified you of the refund. Your order was placed 8 business days ago - on March 18th (not over 2 weeks ago) , and our current shipping timeframe is 8–10 business days due to a high volume of orders. This timeframe is clearly posted on every product page, shown again at checkout, and included in the order confirmation email.

Your email was sent to us over the weekend when our office was closed. We returned your call on three separate occasions and replied to your email, but have not yet been able to reach you. We also left multiple voicemails at the number you provided requesting you to return our calls, since you will not answer the phone.

We are actively assisting customers throughout the day and respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible. We are happy to speak with you and assist further — please return one of our many calls or contact us during business hours so we can help.

We have already issued your refund, which has been processed on our end. Please refer to your bank for confirmation.

For transparency, this matter was also reviewed by the Better Business Bureau, and they sided with our business after reviewing the full communication history.

When you initially contacted us about receiving the incorrect lantern, we responded in less than one hour — after normal business hours — and immediately offered to send the correct item. Unfortunately, the conversation became hostile with you threatening , including inappropriate language directed toward our owner.

We are a family-owned business and are committed to treating customers respectfully. We also expect that same level of respect in return. Because of the nature of the communication from you, we chose not to continue doing business with you. Anyone that endured the type of language you screamed and the threats you made would state the same thing.
