Update to my original review
Took 3.5 weeks to get a response after ordering. Final received delivery notification after calling and emailing and reported fraud. I updated from a one star to a three since I did receive order
Customer service never emailed me back or called back after several attempts. Customer service terrible. Item received was a 2 out 5 - not the same material as picture- will not be reorder from this website.

I wanted to write a follow-up to my earlier review. After posting this, it was less than a week that I received my battery and all is well. The only thing I wish that happened was that someone reached out to me personally so I could hear their side. I am satisfied now and I do recommend this company. They have beautiful things. Thank you for completing my order!

I ordered a wax warmer and the light bulb did not come with it. I have tried emailing them back to tell them but I keep getting the email confirmation that I received the package! THAT'S NOT WHAT I NEED!! There is no phone number to call either.

The light bulb I need is very hard to find on the internet so I need their help. This thing is useless to me without it!

Can someone please call me back to remedy this problem??? Order #: 140317

Placed order. Received an email with confirmation. However, never received a shipping confirmation.
Emailed River Chic and requested a refund. They refunded my account thankfully, but NEVER heard from them at all. Maybe if you live close, just go to their store and check them out. They don't have their online store running it seems.

Update: My order #92243 was made on 8/30/23. I emailed and not response. If you didn't have my order you should have responded to my email with that said, then we wouldn't be here.

Their candles are amazing! They are a small family business, which is amazing because I love to shop local/small. The candles are hand made - and the quality definitely shows! They are the best smelling candles I’ve ever owned - B&BW definitely doesn’t compare! Plus, they also have super cute decor, and sell refills for the candles too! Shipping times are a bit backed up due to the virus, but customer service rocks and it is totally worth it for the amazing stuff they have!
