Thank you for your review, we truly appreciate your honest feedback.
We’re very sorry to hear that the application process felt frustrating. We understand how important it is for installation to be clear and straightforward, and we regret that this wasn’t your experience.
Our product does require a specific installation method, and even a small missed step can affect the overall result. Right now we are working on a new tool that will make the process much easier. Because of this, we’d love to send you a replacement order with the new tool included and a new instruction.

Your order was placed on December 27 and shipped on December 29. Our standard delivery timeframe is 7–15 business days, so the delivery was completed within the expected timeline, especially considering the holiday period.

At the time of your order, there was a nationwide postal strike in Canada in late 2024, which unfortunately led to significant delivery disruptions beyond our control. We understand how upsetting this was, especially when the items were intended as Christmas gifts.
We are also very sorry that your earlier message was missed — this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. On November 21, 2025, we reached out to you via email to better understand the situation and to urgently arrange a replacement order for the missing items. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response.
