Do not order these. Horrible customer service. I ordered mine on November 30. Today is 1-10 and still no product.

My order with Rocketgrip got off to a rough start but their customer service team did step up 100% and clear the way for a very successful shipment and made its all right. The 3 sets of Rocketgrip's were received and meet 100% of my expectations. It is a super product. I ordered these from a Facebook advert and it was not evident online what the currency is (US$) nor where they were shipping from (Eastern Europe). In the end it all worked out just perfectly.

On December 2nd, I ordered four sets of hockey stick grips. On the 13th, I received an update stating that my order had been shipped. After nearly three weeks with no delivery, I decided to contact the company's support team. Unfortunately, their support system is somewhat cumbersome to navigate. It took a second attempt and 4-5 days after my initial inquiry to finally get a response. They clarified that the 7-15 business days delivery window is calculated from the shipping date, not the order date.
If you're planning to order and it's not urgent, you should expect a delivery time of about a month - at least based on shipping to Romania. In my case, the grips finally arrived on December 31st.
As for the product itself, it’s excellent. However, applying the grips requires a heat gun, as hot water alone is not sufficient. I didn’t personally test this, but it’s clearly stated in the instructions included with the product. You’ll also need to be careful with the heat gun’s temperature and have a bit of manual dexterity to avoid damaging the material.
Despite these minor challenges, the final result is fantastic, and the kids absolutely love the grips!

Don’t waste your time or money. This is expensive and customer service is terrible. I ordered during the Black Friday sale. Never got an update on my order and then the grips arrived AFTER Christmas. The actually had the audacity to send me the automated “rate your purchase” before the girls even arrived and while I was still waiting on a response from customer service. I’ll never order this product again. I’m still waiting on a response for a refund or return because I no longer want the product now that Christmas has passed and I had to get a different gift.

Product was ordered at the end of November. I received an email that the item has shipped, but haven’t heard anything since. They are way past the 7-14 business days. I sent an email to the company asking for status and they have not responded. I’m going to report this as a scam and use all the other reviews as an example while reporting to the authorities. Do not buy this product!

Ordered more then a month ago, have not received nor have an update on tracking. Hard to recommend. Wanted to put these on my sons sticks.

I ordered my Rocketgrip November 12th, I plenty of time for Christmas! Nope!! It took them weeks to make, and ship. They say 3-4 days to ship, well it was like 3 weeks!! Then I find out, it’s NOT “USA” that’s just a cover, it’s actually from Latvia!! So shipping will not be 7-12 days as advertised, and he ships it in the regular Post!! Everything thing about this place STINKS!! Buy buttendz or Sniper Skin, you will get better service, a more reputable company, and get it in a reasonable amount of time!! This is some Latvian in his basement making these, and shipping them as cheap as possible. Crap!!!

I ordered rocket grip for my husband's christmas gift on Nov 14th thinking that would give it loads of time to arrive before Christmas. Over a month later I put in a ticket explaining the delay and no updates since Nov 27th and still havent heard back. If you're trying to be an up and coming company you need to improve your customer service and delivery! This is beyond frustrating I just want a response.

Latest Update:
There was no new FedEx delivered shipment as promised on Dec 20th…but the original order was finally delivered Jan 4, 2025…and they work well. Easy to put on if you follow the videos and the product looks/feels great.

Unfortunately, communication was virtually non existent throughout the process and wasn’t accurate when the company finally did reach out. This frustration outweighs the quality of the product so I would not reorder.

2nd Update (Jan 1st):
After receiving an email response to my first review (on Dec 19), I have heard nothing from RocketGrip. No news on my original order (it’s been over 9 weeks) and no news on the re-make order they said they would ship by FedEx. Still disappointed and more frustrated.

UPDATE:
After posting this review, I received a detailed email highlighting that my order was indeed sent and is affected by the Canada Post strike (Im not sure how since it seems they used a courrier). There was a kind apology for the delayed response to my inquiries, and they said they would re-make my order and send in by FedEx.
I will readily change my 1star review once I get my order, but it all looks very promising. 🤞

Mystery Order.

I placed an order on Oct 27th. I received an email that it was shipped on Nov 3rd with an expected delivery time of “usually 7-14 days” to Canada using a Latvian shipping company (Latvijas Pasts).

On Dec 5th, I wrote a message to customer support asking if this delay was typical or was there a chance my order was misplaced. I received an automated response that my ticket was created and I would hear back within 24-48 hrs.

There was no response (and yes, I checked my junk mail). I rewrote a message to customer support on Dec 13 and received the same automated response that my ticket was created and I would hear back from them in 24-48 hours.

Still no response. None.

This was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my sons.

Very disappointing.

Hearing so many similar stories, gives me a trace a hope I will eventually get my order and that this was not a scam. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I ordered 3/12 and recieved on 14/12. Quite ok.

I ordered a month ago, my package is stuck in Lettonie since almost 3 weeks with no response to my multiple emails…. Dont order from them

Same experience here. I ordered November 10, before the Canada Post strike, but the shipping notification started 4 days after the strike so that’s not an excuse here. The grips should have been sent via another courier if the usual was on strike. I’ve reached out for support and clarity on what’s going on and have not received any response after 3 days. At this point it’s unlikely these will show up by Christmas for my kids so I just want my money back. For the cost of these grips the support and customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

Like many others, I too ordered these in November, received an email that my order was processed, and three weeks later, nothing. I have emailed multiple times, with zero response and zero updates. Be wary... either this is a complete scam, or they cannot handle the orders.

EDIT: Interestingly, not more than an hour after submitting this review, I received an update that my order shipped. Perhaps it's a coincidence. Either way, make sure you stay on top of them.

I placed an order on November 22nd 2024. It said delivery within 7-15 business days.
On November 25th 2024 I received an email saying my order was being designed.
On December 5th 2024 I contacted customer service and asked about delivery date as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my 2 boys and I thought based on what was promised on the website that I had ordered with plenty of time left before Christmas.
It is now December 9th 2024 and I haven't even heard back from customer service even though it said they would get back to me within 24-48 hours.

I realize this time of the year is busy, but don't promise something on your website if you clearly can't deliver and stick to those promises. I'm very disappointed to say the least.

Interesting that also my order was updated to shipped not even 24 hours after I left this review.

Problem now is that there is no tracking info available even though it was “shipped” 24 hours ago.

Also, they seem to be picking and choosing who they answer since there was reviews after mine that have been answered by them.

Allegedly the grips were send out December 10th not 24 hours after leaving the review.

I didn’t see any tracking update till today since it said the package wasn’t at the shipper yet. Now I have an update but it looks like it’s stuck somewhere.

You’d think over 1 month would be enough time before Christmas to order especially if it said 2 weeks until here on the website.

The way this is looking I’m not sure it will ever show up. Very suspicious.

Ordered these beginning of November and have not received yet it’s Dec 7th and when I email them or use the chat I never get an answer about where this is

Update is they guarenteed me I would get them by fed ex by Christmas, I was refunded yesterday because they had an issue with making them

Started getting RocketGrip many years ago for my son when he started playing hockey
LOVE them! Customized with his name/number. Fun to put on(I use hot water)
Never any “wearing out” of his gloves nor do I have to constantly retape his stick! Not ONE has worn out before his stick has. Just reordered more and Will continue to use these!

I ordered 2 grips on November 11th They were shipped on Nov.19th and there have been no updates to shipping since. I created a ticket on December 3 and have not received any response. I have tried emailing as well and there has been zero correspondence. These costs way too much money to have such poor customer service. Very unhappy as I’m starting to think I will not be getting these in time for Christmas.

They got back to me on here and have offered a way to get me my items.

After getting back to it's been silent for the last 4 days now. Can't answer me when the item will arrive. Because of this I'd STRONGLY recommend not ordering from rocket grip. So far none of what they have said has been true. Hopefully there's some reason for it and they do get back to.me sooner then later.

Poor support! Made order 17 July, advert 2 month I got answer and finally my grips.

I ordered two cloth grips on 11/10/24. I received an Email that they would ship in 3 to 4 days. It is now 12/5/24 and I still do not have my order. Sent an Email regarding the order with no response.
