I was always able to contact my solicitor and if not immediately available I would always received a call back the same day. Knowledgeable and approachable, explaining the complex elements in layman's terms so that I could make an informed choice. I would 100% recommend.

Michael Bourke is my go to conveyancing solicitor and I would never use anybody else. All of the local Estate Agents recommend him, which is how I first became aware of him. My last sale / purchase was quite complicated and Michael was the one person I could rely on from start to finish to keep things moving. He was excellent throughout. He is an expert in the law / conveyancing, pragmatic, professional and caring and always goes the extra mile. His communication is excellent. Every email or query replied to speedily. He kept on top of things and almost acted as a Project Manager when others were delaying. He also has a good sense of humour, which is helpful when things get stressful! He kept totally on top of the matter and is a pleasure to deal with. Happy to recommend him and Roger Brooker to anybody.
