Just completed on a property with Michael. Had a few secretaries working alongside him (Faye/Sally/Lorraine) but all we attentive and got back straight away when we needed to speak rather than email. They were in constant contact with our estate agent whenever an issue came about, and kept us updated as needed. We were first time buyers and Michael was great in informing us what would happen next at different stages. Would not hesitate to use again.

I have been so Impressed with the service I received from Kerry Webb and also Marie.Kerry is so thorough and efficient. The communication was particularly good and even if she couldn't give an answer immediately she always acknowledged the email.
When moving communication is key and Kerry is faultless in this area. You have confidence in what she is doing and when things get tough you know she is doing the best for you.
