I’ve been dealing with Rosland Capital for many years for my gold and silver coins. They are the exclusive supplier of Formula 1 coins. I wanted to purchase the most recent F1 gold coin, but all my phone calls to Rosland were intercepted by a Senior Sales Agent who only dealt with trades of $50,000 and up. After some discussion, my call was transferred to John Rossi, who cheerfully dealt with my order. In addition to the F1 gold coin, he recommended a Queen Elizabeth II silver coin to fill in my order. The coins arrived separately in the following weeks, in perfect condition. The Queen Elizabeth II silver coin that John selected was magnificent. I highly recommend John for all your needs. When calling Rosland Capital, just ask for John Rossi.

When we first contacted Rosland Capital we were hesitant to jump into such a big investment but Elizabeth Lund was so informative and walked us through the process. So glad we did as our investment(s) have almost tripled. Investing with Rosland has been great! Thank you!

What a RIP-OFF operation! I owned their COINS for several years in the Biden Administration with gold SOARING toward the $3K mark, and when I sold them back to Rosland I ended up LOSING MONEY!!! There are NO phone or email contact people to COMPLAIN TO, other than (apparantly) this "Trust Pilot!" Does anybody have "William Devane's" phone number ( ie; their TV commercial guy), so I can call him and tell him what a SCAM he is representing??? STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE- trust me!!!!

Elizabeth is the penultimate professional. She emulates the best in class in her chosen field by focusing her energy on the needs and expectations of her client with laser focused results. Her work on my behalf from March 2023 until now in October 2025 was without a doubt beyond my expectations.

O1/15/2021 Bought silver from Sean. One box of six silver coins ($6K+) was lost or stolen never received. The company did refund me. Hurray! Years later 04/10/2024 I traded my silver for gold with him as well. Review was invited by email from Sean Notaro 10/07/25.

In response to more lies from Rosland: we have paperwork proving that they took over 3 months to deliver the merchandise and within that timeframe we requested a refund (which we also have paperwork to prove) they violated California Civil Code § 1812.600–1812.60 when they took longer than 28 days to deliver the merchandise and refused to allow us to cancel the order.

Regardless of any "declaimers" they claim to put on their brochures you should really just avoid doing busines with them because they are going to overcharge you and then hide behind those disclosures when you ask for your money back. Keep in mind, gold is us $800 since we made our purchase and we arent asking for a cent in profit so if you're looking at this as an investment just know gold will probably have to quadruple in value in order for you to break even.

My uncle sent them $50,000 via bankwire. He was told they would send him gold coins that was very rare and worth more because of how rare it was. After months of not receiving anything and placing numerous phone calls leaving several messages requesting a refund and to cancel the order that were never returned he decided to report this to the authorities. After the state attorney got involved they finally sent him a package with (22) 1/4 oz gold coins that I was able to find for sale online for about $1,000 each. At this point, gold had increased in value by over $500/oz. Clearly they made more than a $30,000 profit on my uncle's 50,000 "investment." We reached out requesting a refund immediately but they dodged his calls for almost two weeks and then as soon as they called back they said "sorry, its past the 8 day return policy- we cant give you back your money."

So you're telling me with gold up 15% he cant even get back his original investment when he asked for a refund before they even sent the coins? Shady, fraudulent compay. Please DO NOT do business with them.

We are making complaints with the state attorney general, the FBI, and the postal inspector and we will not stop until the money is returned.

I am a new customer for Rosland Capital and so far I am very pleased with the information and service concerning my gold and silver purchases. Melanie and Lionel have been friendly and forthcoming with all the information I have needed to make a wise decision about which coins I would like to buy. I recently received my first shipment and I am very impressed with the coins I bought. As it turned out, I received my order quicker than expected, so I was very pleased to get my coins early. Shorted gold Rosland me or was missing. Working with them went nowhere and they refused to provide information. I'm taking around $100,000 + missing. I asked proof to see what was packed in the 6 boxes they sent me and why some of material in the box was with different companies. None of my questions were answered. They are good at trying to blame other. I actually have videos of the boxes opened. Order was over $300,000+. Even sold gold back to them in their holder. Have picture of container. Their person said what I sent was short??? The charge it cost you to buy and sell back is much higher than most companies. Even the friendly sales person avoids informing you about the cost even after the legal words are given you.

Why is it that multiple people complaining. This company is a scam. 8 months ago I was told my holdings were around $516,000 and now currently I have $311,000. Upping the price on unsuspecting people so when it comes time you get nothing back from a loss. I spoke with the senior compliance officer who was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. This company is a fraud. They deliberately lied to me about my holdings to keep me believing that I was doing well. Now I want to liquify my assets and it is going to take 60 days to get it. I will not stop. If who ever really cares about negative reviews please call me! I want my money back now!

I inquiried about the "gold kit" information by scanning the QR code on the TV commercial. I got a call from I guess a Salesman. I just was curious about the information kit and was hoping it would tell me how to buy small affordable amounts of gold. He said do you have any questions. I told him I was inquiring about buying a small amount of gold like a 10th of an ounce. He said I can only sell you a minimum of $5000 worth of gold and said thank you and hung up. He came off as your Typical old school sales person, if they can't get a sale immediately just move on quickly. When I can afford to buy $5000 worth of gold I won't be buying from Rosland Capital.

On 2/28/25 I wrote a check to Rosland Capital for a gold and silver coin order and to date I have not received any product. I get all kinds of excuses and promises that I am next on the list to ship. But this never happens. Very unprofessional! I am becoming concerned about your company.
