Very good communication and kept updated my advisor throughout

After a very sudden death in our family my aunt passed away in Turkey we had no clue on how to get her home and the extent of what we needed to do I phoned Rowland Brothers and cannot thank them for the help dignity professionalism we needed at a very difficult time I spoke daily with Aldo and our family was impressed so much we had my aunt back to England within a week we felt very happy with the outstanding service and support.

I’m m writing this review with a very hard heart , as my beloved husband passed away.
Was a repartiation procees from UK to Romania .
I can not say enough thanks,how professional and amzing service this compay provide during such a terrific time . Extremely careful on every single word they say . I dealt with all the staff which were top notch but Aldo is absolutely amazing! Many thanks guys , you made days easier during this sadness .

The whole process was carried out in a kind and courteous manner.
We cannot praise the funeral directors in Mallorca highly enough they made what you can understand was a traumatic experience in losing such a loved mother .
We were invited to the crematorium so we could see our mother which gave us some peace.Thank You

Very caring company, handled our situation with patience and thoughtfulness. Good communication throughout meant one less thing to worry about

The service was ok. The people we dealt with were personable. But we found it fairly confusing too. It would have been helpful to have had more explanation / clarity about what to expect, particularly in terms of who was doing what (RB or their partner company) and the paperwork required (what we would need, who would provide it, when). When I asked questions I was told not to worry, when really I just wanted a bit more clarity. We were sent all sorts of documents but not the signed death certificate we required (until repeated asking). Translation costs were not explained to us either.

Thank you for the great service provided. The repatriation consultant effectively addressed all our concerns and requests we had in due time.

The whole process from start to finish was done with great respect and professionalism at a very difficult time for our family.
Maurizio kept us fully informed and assisted in all the paperwork to ensure our late Mother arrived back in the UK very quickly and we were able to lay her to rest.

While going through one of the most difficult and traumatic times, Aldo was wonderful in keeping in touch and letting us know of where we were up to every step of my dad's repatriation process, even when the update was "there is no update today". He made a very tough time, a little easier.

Pedro who delt with the situation was very kind ,and explained the procedure time and what was happening .There was a little confusion over the death certificate, but once my dad was home it was all sorted

From the moment Rowland Brothers were introduced to us everything was made as easy as possible in the awful circumstances we found ourselves in. Their professionalism and compassion was above and beyond. They communicated with us throughout the repatriation, constantly keeping us up to date. Couldn't recommend them highly enough

I would just like to say how excellent Rowland Brothers supporting our family with the repatriation of our loved one back to the UK.
The communication with both the authorities and friends in Bangkok and family in the UK was second to none. We was informed every step of the way. I felt that my Brother was in the best care and they really cared about us. The process of repatriating my Brother was done with out delay and we had him back home within 7 days of him passing. I thankful that this process was made less stressful by your wonderful team
