Following the sudden death of our daughter in Indonesia and repatriation to the UK, we couldn't have asked for any more care and compassion at such a truly devastating time for us. We were treated with great care, patience and sensitivity by Aldo Gargano who oversaw the whole process, supported by his colleague Nathalie Martell and by Agus who is the company's representative in Bali, Indonesia. Communication was excellent, our wish to travel to Indonesia to see our daughter before she travelled home was respected and accommodated, we were kept informed all the time of what was happening. Any questions we had were responded to quickly. The nightmare situation we faced as parents was helped greatly by a truly great team. We will always be sincerely grateful for all you did for us and our daughter.

The Staff that had to deal with my case were accommodating and understanding. I was treated with respect and dignity.

Rowlands showed considerable professionalism and compassion from start to finish with the repatriation process. They communicated throughout, both initiating and responding to enquiries extremely quickly, including out of hours. They commissioned the necessary services in the Caucasus where the death occurred and ensured verall coordination and organisation at all points up to and after arrival in the UK, including with the local UK undertakers. They were a very considerable help at a time of highest stress.

Rowland Brothers were kind but slow in such a terrible time. I can understand that the passing occured when there were a number of public holidays, and there were hold ups from a bureaucratic stand point. We had to fight to get my mother picked up sooner, make a large journey to the otherside side of London to arrange document handover (couldn't be posted so no other option), and struggled to understand why it would take so long to get her on a flight - only to have it turn around and she was on a flight in 48 hours. While the outcome ended up positive, at such a difficult time, to have to fight for something like this was an unnecessary hiccup. It also meant that my mother was unable to be viewed before her passing removing the closure that that can provide.

In a time of huge sorrow and great uncertainty Rowland Brothers provided all the comfort and assurance needed to help make repatriation as painless as could be possible. All lines of communication were professional, supportive, sympathetic, thorough and regular. My dad was returned home safely within a week of his passing and I cannot thank Rowland Brothers enough for all they did.

I appreciated being able to handle all arrangements via email. Maurizio Del Grosso was wonderful taking me through the steps of the repatriation of my father, Dennis George McMillen, from Wales to the state of Utah in the United States of America. He kept me informed of each step of the process. He also answered my emails promptly and kept me updated as much as possible. He even waited at the US Embassy for extra copies of the death certificates to be printed to accompany the body. I very much appreciate the way everything was handled and thank Rowland Brothers International for their services.

Great service at a very a very difficult time. Communication was very clear and we were kept informed of progress regularly. We were especially impressed by the agent who was appointed in Spain.

I was very pleased with the service I got from Roland brother’s from the moment my husband passed away until he’s body was brought home they kept us up to date and we very helpful if we had any questions and most important they took the strain away from us at such a sad and hard time I will always be grateful.

Each time I had a question or concern, it was answered clearly, promptly,and with compassion. You told me if there would be a delay due to being out of office, or needing to verify any detail.
Once arrangements were made to transport the ashes, you sent the details to me, with a full two week notice, which I appreciated. The airport here then contacted myself, as you had requested on your instructions.
Overall, it was a seamless, pleasant experience dealing with your staff. Thank you so much!!

At this most horrid of times for me as my wife passed
away suddenly on Majorca.
They helped me kept me informed every step of the way brining my wife home to Hull .

The consultant Mario was very very helpful and always replied to any of my emails as promptly as he could. The only things I would criticise is the length of time it took to fly my uncles body home as we were originally told it was going to happen in the week after his death but it took 3 weeks then belongings took a further 8 weeks which we were told would be picked up and repatriated with his body at the same time. Other than that very good service and agents were extremely helpful.

Rowland Brothers were pretty much exemplary in their detailed handling of my beloved aunt who passed away overseas. Everything was handled with profeessionalism and I always had a single point of contact who knew how to navigate the intricacies of international repatriation as well as offering the funeral services in a dignified and compassionate manner.

For anyone needing repatriation services of a loved one, I couldn't recomend Rowland Brothers highly enough.
