Professional, bent over backwards to help us, mauritzio, Aldo and out of hours team too,

Rowland Brothers arranged the repatriation of my Brother- in- Law who sadly passed away suddenly while on holiday in Spain.
They kept me informed every step of the way and treated me with sympathy and respect.

They did manage to repatriate my father's body from France but did not recover the passport I had specifically left with him, and then they lost the death certificates. Besides that, they sent condolences for the loss of my mother (she is still alive) and also, separately, for my son (also still alive). Not a good experience at all during a very trying time.

I only have thanks and positive thoughts when I reflect on the service Rowland Brothers provided when handling the repatriation of my late father from the UK to Barbados. The two gentlemen that collected my father from his care home did so with the utmost dignity and respect. At that difficult time, I felt reassured that he was in safe hands. Thank you to Alison and all who were involved with the safe transport of my late father to his place of rest. No question was too much, and I was kept informed along the process. Thank you again.

Yesterday I received my brother's ashes from your courier and want to express my huge thanks and appreciation of the service I received from the moment I phoned the number given to me by a local undertaken to deal with the problem of repatriation from Colorado US with all the Covid restrictions.
I was immediately reassured that this could be done, how and when in a time slot and also an estimated cost.

Apart from the difficulty we had in locating my brother's passport, cremation certificate, death certificates etc it all went very smoothly.
I would particularly wish to thank the person who handled everything for me. I have written her a letter of appreciation separately but did not want to make her name public.
