Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing our records, we can confirm that you are not a registered patient with RXLive.

It seems there may be some confusion regarding our services and your prescription arrangements. We recommend contacting the provider through whom your prescription settings were changed (for example, Aviva Digital GP) for clarification.

Please also note that our phone lines are answered within a minute and are regularly monitored to ensure a 100% pick-up rate. We therefore believe your comments may relate to a different business, and we have flagged this review as such.

If you believe this is an error and would like us to investigate further, please contact us directly at support@rxlive.co.uk with additional details, and we’ll be happy to assist.
