Delivery service was polite and helpful. I needed my cabinets stacked on one side of my garage and they assisted with that, to be sure we still had room for a car.

Could not be a worse delivery company. After confirming they had my correct address, they shipped my bed and dresser to the wrong city and will take a week for them to deliver a replacement (it was supposed to be 5 days, but they extended just to really show how bad they are). It will take even longer for them to retrieve the old packages from the wrong address. I just moved so I guess I'll be sleeping on the floor until then.
Update: it will now take them 2 weeks to deliver my bed and dresser. Absolutely horrible company

If I ever see a product online that is delivered by them, I refuse to buy it.

I am an Amazon seller who has now been waiting for RXO to deliver my items 10 days after collection from my manufacturer. The journey time is only 4 hours, but still i am waiting for delivery. I relied on RXO to deliver my items promptly but instead have been left with no inventory and multiple days of lost sales. The issue still hasnt been resolved. Really damaging to my business.

Item was ordered from Amazon (55" commercial monitor) and it was set to be delivered on 5/21. Shipper received my package, we are both in Ohio, and on 5/21 sent me an email saying delivery would be in 3-4 weeks. They are literally in possession of the item, will not deliver it until weeks from now, and are less than 150 miles from here. We go into production on June 4 and I am going to be down a control room monitor due to these amateurs failing to deliver. I have blacklisted this company and I suggest you do the same. A delivery company that cannot deliver should be put down like a rabid dog.

The driver was very professional and courteous. The issue i have is that my delivery time was originally between 2:30-6:30 pm cst. The driver did call ahead to see if he could deliver it earlier, which i agreed to (only because I was home , because i decided last night, to NOT go into work today). Had i gone into work, then this would not have been possible. My issues have been with your offices scheduling/handling of the drivers, and i will be letting Menards know this.

The delivery men were so nice, and absolutely great! Although I was their last delivery, and they must’ve been exhausted, they were professional, friendly and courteous.

Your delivery driver was amazing! It is the only good thing I have to say about this experience so far. Your company is awful. Having worked for a logistics company before I cannot believe what a nightmare trying to get a hold of somebody to help me has been. You need to do better. (and give your delivery driver a raise)

On time as scheduled. The delivery people were very professional and friendly and the delivery was smooth and complete. All look to be in good condition.

The 2 Gentlemen that delivered our kitchen cabinets / material were on time, very courteous. I asked for assistance with taking inventory to confirm fulfillment of all items and they assisted and were very patient throughout the process which was greatly appreciated. The items were delivered to our Condo with care.

The two men that unloaded the truck and placed all items in the garage were very courteous, and they arranged items to be able to fit one car back into garage per my request.
Communications about delivery schedule was frequent and accurate.

I was very pleased with the communication from this company. I first received a message that my order was shipped while I was vacationing in Florida. I was concerned that it would be delivered before I returned home, so I called their office. They confirmed the delivery date was after I returned home. The day before delivery, I received a text that my order was to be delivered the next day. The day of delivery I received a text in the morning giving me a 4 hour window for my delivery. Later that afternoon I received a text that I was next for delivery along with a link to a map showing me where the delivery truck was. When the delivery arrived the driver was very friendly and placed all my packages where I needed them. Overall great experience!!
