Very responsive. I wanted to book somewhat of a last minute safari trip. There were so many places that didn't have accommodations available. I contacted Safari.com and they were able to provide me with several options at various price points.

I booked a safari through Safari.com and had a great experience overall—definitely a 5-star process for us.
There was a little back-and-forth at the beginning, which was probably just part of me gathering information and figuring out exactly what we wanted. Once everything was clear, things moved along smoothly.
Monique was wonderful to work with—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. She answered all of my questions and made the whole process feel easy and well organized.
In the end, everything came together beautifully and I feel really confident about our plans. I would absolutely recommend Safari.com to anyone planning a safari.

You really only find out about good service when something goes wrong!
After an initial glitch in not receiving an email following an enquiry (might have been my end!!), once I was connected with Shann it was very good service. She offered many options and was very attentive and polite. We had a few issues arranging payment with my credit card caused by my bank but Shann patiently offered help and options until it all went through. Very happy with the service.
