ATTENZIONE!!! Sono stato tuffato da questo sito, in quanto ho pagato i biglietti base per la Sagrada Familia a 44,99 invece di 26,00!!! Di fatto me ne sono accorto contattando direttamente la sede ufficiale della Sagrada. Spero che chiudano il sito il prima possibile, almeno non fregano altre persone.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this


I had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. I bought tickets to the Forum Romanum and they charged me EXACTLY DOUBLE the real price. On top of that, they add hidden costs and deliver absolutely NOTHING extra besides the ticket.
This is blatant scamming. They try to hide behind small disclaimers, but the truth is clear: they are misleading customers and making money by overcharging. They are NOT official, and there is zero added value in buying from them.
This company preys on tourists and should not be trusted. Save your money and buy from the official box office. Total SCAM.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Issues with the site meant my booking re-set multiple times. I processed the wrong time of day (midday) as it kept resetting, and it’s impossible to change your time slot no matter how far in advance you book. Hundreds of dollars wasted given I can’t take 3 small kids up at midday in summer.

No se pueden modificar las fechas, en mi caso por una reprogramacion de vuelos necesitaba cambiar para el dia anterior y no se puede por lo que pierdo el dinero de los tickets

Awful company- avoid

Awful company- avoid! I booked tickets for Sagrada Familia. However, I have taken very unwell and my surgeon has told me not to travel under any circumstances. I contacted this company to request a refund and offered to send the email I’ve been sent by my surgeon and my sick line, but they’re not interested. Money grabbing scumbags as they could so easily resell these tickets.

You should be ashamed.

I accidentally booked the incorrect date for our visit and I caught the mistake immediately after check out. I immediately contacted you to ask to please change to one day earlier and you said no and kept my money. You’re stealing €60 from me and refuse to make a very minor correction to my reservation. Such a disgrace. As a company you should be ashamed for stealing from your customers.

Pésima experiencia. Esta página web cobra mucho más (10 euros por cada ticket) al Parque GÌell. Esto es una estafa. Se los notifiqué para que me devolvieran el dinero extra por no ser transparentes y no lo harán. Esto es fraude. Compren sus entradas en las paginas oficiales.

El servicio que se ofrece no es la venta o reventa de entradas para Park GÌell, sino que consiste en su adquisición mediante el correspondiente mandato voluntario, expreso, especial y remunerado del usuario. La diferencia entre el precio oficial y el nuestro se basa en el valor añadido que aportamos, que se basa fundamentalmente en la prestación de un servicio personalizado durante todo el proceso, la corrección de errores en su tramitación y la atención específica al cliente.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. I did not realise that I had selected a sponsored link and thought I was buying tickets from an official site. They took my money and did not provide me with tickets. I was unable to contact customer service. Luckily I managed to recover my money through my bank. Do not use.

The service offered is not the sale or resale of tickets of Acropolis but consists of their acquisition through the corresponding voluntary, express, special, and remunerated mandate of the user. The difference between the official price and ours is based on the added value that we provide, which is based on providing a personalized service during the whole process, the correction of errors in its processing, and specific customer service.

Poor service, website, and policy

The mobile website is horrid and does not have the same confirmations that the support staff detailed in their response. A change of dates, let alone times should be permitted and it is a shame that such a rich peice of history has to resort to such untactful business.
