I ordered 2 tickets, Have received 5 times a receipt with a reference number, that didn't work. No answers or support. I just lost my money.

Avoid unless you like to overpay!
They charge €24 commission for 2 tickets. Save your money and buy directly from the Sagrada Familia website. What a scam! And spare me the generic response about the"added value", it's complete BS. The only costumer service you provide is dealing with rightfully angry overcharged people.

However, we would like to detail that our Terms & Conditions, which have to be read and accepted by the user to finish the purchase, state how fees work.
The service offered is not the sale or resale of tickets to the Sagrada Familia, but consists of their acquisition through the corresponding voluntary, express, special, and remunerated mandate of the user. The difference between the official price and ours is based on the added value that we provide, which is based on providing a personalized service during the whole process, the correction of errors in its processing, and specific customer service.

Ho acquistato due biglietti su questo…
Ho acquistato due biglietti su questo sito del valore di 76 euro. Il pagamento è andato a buon fine, ma i biglietti non sono mai arrivati. Ho scritto per avere un supporto ma nessuno risponde. Sa tanto di truffa. Segnalerò il sito alle autorità competenti.
Aggiornamento: dopo 10 ore mi rispondono alla mail di assistenza dicendomi di aver mandato i biglietti. Ed effettivamente i biglietti sono stati mandati un minuto prima della loro risposta. Ben 10 ore dopo l'acquisto. Menomale che il servizio doveva essere super fast, con biglietti entro 2 minuti dall'acquisto. Falso. Tra l'altro si paga parecchio di più rispetto al sito ufficiale. E per che cosa? Per quale servizio in più?
Comprate i biglietti dal sito ufficiale: arrivano istantanei appena dopo l'acquisto e soprattutto costano molto meno.

Il servizio offerto non è la vendita o la rivendita di biglietti per la Sagrada Familia, ma consiste nella loro acquisizione attraverso il corrispondente mandato volontario, espresso, speciale e remunerato dell'utente. La differenza tra il prezzo ufficiale e il nostro si basa sul valore aggiunto che forniamo, che si basa sulla fornitura di un servizio personalizzato durante l'intero processo, sulla correzione degli errori nel suo trattamento e su un servizio clienti specifico.

Shocking 50% service fee stated in fine print
Unfortunately they charge a surcharge of 12 EUR on a 26 EUR ticket. Almost 50% allegedly for management fees. While this price breakdown is on the website it is deliberately hard to find so people in a rush like me miss it and fall for it. This disclaimer/information should be more clearly outlined or broken down on the payment section as other reputable companies do, especially when the surcharge is this high. Would not recommend.

Tickets were sold but could not be…
Tickets were sold but could not be delivered. I then got offered a refund which I tried to receive… however the ticket shop did a different booking without my consent and refused to refund. I now have to get my money back via my own bank.
