I ordered 2 tickets, Have received 5 times a receipt with a reference number, that didn't work. No answers or support. I just lost my money.

Poor assistance and misinformation in the tickets
You pay more than in the official website to get support and assistance and we didn't receive it.
In the tickets shows that we have 24h to visit the Palatin and foro from the time and date we book for the Colosseum but it's a lie because the next day we couldn't get in, it was meant to be all the same day at once and I emailed days before to ask and their response was too late after our booking time. There was no audio guide as they promise during the visit. It's not worth it just go and buy from the official website THIS WAS NOT TGE OFFICIAL.

Quando ave I bisogno di assistenza , non cè stato modo di contactarli , e anche il biglietto costa troppo 13€ più del normale,al Colosseo se arrivate alle9 poca fila per biglietto , non vale la pena pagare 13 euro in più , assistenza inesistente

Niet doen!
Ik betaalde 30 euro terwijl de kaarten bij de officiële verkooppunt 18 euro is!! Daarnaast had ik de tijd 13.30 uur aangevraagd, dat stond ook in de bevestiging, maar op de kaarten zelf stond 14.45 uur, moesten we dus nog ruim een uur wachten. Niet aan te raden!

I don’t think it was customer service’s fault but the no refund policy for Acropolis tickets is cruel and greedy. People make mistakes and it should be allowed to refund or even just transfer to a different date/time. This should not be impossible.

There was an error in my initial booking and requested for change but customer support refused to change that. I ended up buying double tickets. If customer service cannot help with such basic matters, what's the point of customer service.

La gestión de la compra de boletos para la Sagrada Familia ha sido decepcionante. Al realizar la reserva, el sistema mostraba disponibilidad para el día y la hora que elegí, lo que me hizo confiar en que recibiría mi boleto sin problemas. Sin embargo, después de varios días de espera, recibí la noticia de que los boletos estaban agotados y que solo podía elegir una fecha en la que ya no estaría en Barcelona. Es inaceptable que el proceso de confirmación y emisión del boleto haya tardado tanto, provocando que perdiera la oportunidad de visitar el lugar en el día que planeé. Esta falta de eficiencia en la gestión de reservas genera frustración y desconfianza en el servicio.

I accidentaly ordered tickets to the…
I accidentaly ordered tickets to the wrong date and ask for the date chanced which they denied me. I then asked for my tickets refunded which is in my rights to do with purchases made online within 14 days. They also denied me this which is in violation with both EU and national laws. Please don’t buy tickets through here unless you want useless customer service denying you your rights as a buyer.
