I ordered 2 tickets, Have received 5 times a receipt with a reference number, that didn't work. No answers or support. I just lost my money.

Ho preso un granchio! Sito serio!
Avevo promesso che avrei ritrattato la mia recensione negativa e così sto facendo. Il sito è affidabile in quanto sta provvedendo al rimborso come richiesto. Non so a cosa addebitare il disguido che mi è occorso, ma a fronte di una loro pronta risposta mi devo ricredere! Bravi!

ho acquistato 4 biglietti di cui 3…
ho acquistato 4 biglietti di cui 3 ridotti, ho chiesto gentilmente all'assistenza se potevo cambiare i 3 blgiletti ridotti in normali ma non c'è modo ne di fare il cambio ne di rievere i soldi indietro. praticamente ho regalato i soldi senza avere un servizio. davvero pazzasca come cosa al giorno d'oggi.

Easy to book
Easy to book, clear. Good with audio tour in several languages (even in Dutch). Sagrada Familia is just amazing. A must see while visiting Barcelona.

Superb Service
I received a very rapid response to my questions. Charlie Evans was courteous and made sure the information I gave him was correct. The problem I had with the purchase of tickets with a guided tour for the Sagrada familia was resolved very quickly.

La fusión perfecta del arte con la espiritualidad
Un lugar INCREÍBLE! Nunca dudé que me gustaría… pero jamás pensé que me haría emocionar de esta manera… la mezcla del arte con la espiritualidad es perfecta… realmente sin palabras.. subí la torre de la natividad se sube en ascensor y se baja muy fácil recomiendo todo.

Scam
Scam! I have tried to get a refund for my ticket to Sagrada Familia as the time did not fit my schedule. I was told at Sagrada Familia that I could get a refund. When it turned out that I had bought the tickets at sagradafamilia.barcelonatickets.org, they told me to contact them. I did, and in the reply they only said
"We have confirmed that your tickets have been sent to you already. You can check it in the mail with which you made the purchase. And we suggest you check your spam folder", showing that they did not even read what I said.
