Nowhere on the site was there any…
Nowhere on the site was there any information about the additional cost in the form of a service charge (14 EUR is the ticket) and instead of paying 104 EUR for 4 people I paid 160 EUR.
I recommend looking for a site directly to the attraction rather than buying through sagradafamilia.barcelonatickets.org. They charge large fees.

Nul de chez nul. Aucun sens commercial… autant converser avec des rats…
Erreur sur la date lors de la chat des tickets (et oui quand on a un certain âge, on ne voit pas bien les petits caractères sur un téléphone). La demande de modification a été refusée, la demande de réclamation a été refusée. Mais également la demande de rétractation dans les 14 jours qui fait partie du code de la consommation en France a également été rejetée et quand je demande une remise commerciale pour racheter des tickets, on me répond "ON NE FAIT PAS DE REMISES".... bref à proscrire!

Esperienza molto negativa, prendete soldi per “servizi” non specificati e non siete chiari nell’’esporre i vostri meccanismi, avete una “commissione” altissima, del 100% per non fare assolutamente niente. Purtroppo errore mio che ho prenotato i biglietti con voi. Potrei quasi dire che truffate le persone in maniera molto subdola e purtroppo probabilmente legale.

Il 20 gennaio ho acquistato 2 biglietti ma nn è mai arrivata la mail do conferma. Iggi ho scrotto all'assistenza ma nn rispondono mi vedo costretta a comprarli nuovamente... Tra l'altro costano molto di più.

Attenzione! Una brutta esperienza! Non comprate sul loro sito. Per i 2 biglietti di valore 48,00 Euro (under 30) abbiamo speso 72,00 euro (24 euro di commissioni!!!). Purtroppo è tutto congeniato così che uno si accorge di questa differenza solo dopo aver acquistato. Mai visto e non capisco perchè le autorità spagnoli non fanno nulla. Sicuramente ricevono tante lamentele. Quindi NON COMPRATE

If I could, I would rate them 0 stars. Definitely dont use these guys, We bought tickets end of April and got told that they had technical difficulties and promised to refund. Never happened.

I purchased tickets from a website claiming to offer fast-track options, but upon receiving them, they were only for general admission. Additionally, there’s a discrepancy in the price compared to what was initially advertised. I have screenshots showing these issues.

Do not use these! They are not the official site and cost more than the official site!! They do tell you this in their terms and conditions but what they don't tell you is that despite their terms and conditions saying you can refund within 14 days of purchase, they keep refusing to refund you and keep asking you do things which they then ignore. Total scam!!

Costa meno e vi da un supporto maggiore.

Don’t use this company to book tickets
Don’t use this company to book tickets. It’s a scam. They appear to be an official place to book tickets, however they just book tickets on your behalf and charge an enormous markup for doing nothing.
It’s also clear that the five star reviews on this site are fake.
Stay away from these scammers!

at first there were some errors and setbacks while buying, but the customer service that Charlie provided was exceptional, I got the tickets one minute after may email.

Nessuno dei due link per chiedere il refund o cambiare slot funziona.
Scrivo una email e non ricevo nessuna risposta.

Mi hanno scalato i soldi e dopo mi é arrivata l'email con scritto biglietti SOLD OUT.Peccato che cliccando chiedi rimborso o cambio orario non succede nulla!
