Great service and value this year and last year as well. Good enough to come back.

The complete enquiry and booking process has been professional and extremely personal. The patience shown by the staff as we selected dates, getting the boat we wanted and at a price within our budget has been absolutely exceptional. The depth meter of the boat, autopilot and windex were not working, that I found at the time of acceptance and the charter company staff didn’t know. The signal flares were outdated.
They tried to fix the Raymarine system but managed to do it only after 1,5 days. After the sailing they found water in saildrive and said that it was due to me running into plastic debris.
I don’t believe this explanation because the debris was only a thin film like the one used by greenhouses, and I got rid of it by simply going on reverse for 2 minutes, within 5 minutes after the vibration started. After that the boat traveled smoothly.
I contacted with them immediately on WhatsApp about the debris encounter. They didn’t follow up with me on the matter for almost a week, although I specifically asked if I need to see a mechanic.
When I returned they insisted on lifting the boat at my cost, as well showed me that the propeller has slack on the shaft and also said that this is due to that plastic debris. This explanation is totally fraudulent.
As a result they used 1992 euro of the deposit on boat lifting (1092 euro), new propeller (620 euro), the oil seal and oil for saildrive.
As to the contractual documents, I signed only a Turkish language short-form document with them on the day the charter started, which they further gave to the Harbourmaster’s office. It says that all disputes are to be resolved in Germany.
Their manager said that I shall sue Sailogy and I have contractual relationship with Sailogy and not with them, and they don’t care.
This is not true because all the money receipts are made by BBS Yachting and I chartered the boat from them.
Noteworthy, they called the “German owner” several times, who sits on Rhodes, so it doesn’t seem to be a Turkish mismanagement issue.
Anyways, I am prepared to sue them both in Turkey and in Germany, based on consumer protection laws, demanding damages and compensations.
I wrote both to Sailogy and to them a formal email letter of disagreement, and after the dismantle of the saildrive I requested them to keep the propeller for examination.

Sailogy sempre professionale, disponibile, molto cortese e cordiale. Da parecchi anni cambio location per scoprire mari e coste del mediterraneo. Devo dire che alla Marina di Lefkas, Grecia ionica, con Olga e Dimitri che gestiscono Apeiron Yachting mi sono trovato subito a casa, sono molto gentili, simpatici e professionali. La barca chiamata Infinity, un Oceanis 51.1, era in ottimo stato con un equipaggiamento superlativo, mai visto in altri charter. Il mare greco semplicemente stupendo. Sicuramente tornerò con il mio equipaggio.

La vacanza in barca è stata ottima ma ci siamo documentati personalmente: da Sailogy mi sarei aspettato dei consigli su rotta e soste in porto vista la poca capienza del serbatoio acqua.
Suggerendo una barca di queste dimensioni per 8 persone andrebbe equipaggiata con desalinizzatore.

Clear site, good arrangement with charter company.
One element. This was our first sailing experience. And we were surprised of all the extra´s: food arrangement for skipper and hostess, cost of marina´s, petrol at the end,...
All logic, but when you have no experience it comes as a surprise.

Firstly, the external wooden deck was quite dirty upon our arrival, necessitating us to clean it ourselves. This initial inconvenience was unexpected and detracted from our enjoyment.

Additionally, we encountered problems with the lines of the reefing system on the mainsail. They were improperly installed, rendering the reduced sail configuration unusable. This hindered our ability to adapt to changing wind conditions effectively.

Furthermore, the sink in the front-right cabin was blocked and remained non-functional for most of our trip. This inconvenience disrupted our daily routine and comfort aboard the yacht.

The exterior lights were also problematic, as only around 10% of them were functional. This lack of adequate lighting outside the yacht posed safety concerns during the night.

On a positive note, I must commend the excellent condition of the engine, which worked perfectly.

Agenzia che segue molto bene il cliente per la scelta della barca giusta, a prezzi di noleggio molto convenienti. Risposte molto veloci alle mail, e buono anche il sito di prenotazione per seguire la pratica in tutto il suo corso fino alla partenza.

We has a Skipper; Mario Lukin. He was Very Good and Very cozy. He new everything in the area. He fixed and arranged everything and really made it a Good Holiday for US.
