I ordered for over a week. No tracking, no order delivered. I don’t normally complain on public platforms but this is one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made

Excellent service from order to delivery. Very impressed.

Avoid the version 2019-2020 they call it like version 2022-2023

It is amazing experience. Because it is very easy to install and it give us perfect navigation. It is not so expensive. Also they give us 12 month warranty. I am satisfied with this.

I ordered a new SatNav card back in November. The initial card arrived promptly but was the incorrect card / faulty as it would not load. Email sent to the supplier who requested a photo be sent of the cars SatNav system. This was duly done. I received confirmation that a new card was being posted. Due (partly) to the postal strike no card arrived? Another Email was sent & eventually the replacement card arrived. It has been loaded into the system & all now appears to be OK? Problem was the the initial card (faulty), & the length of time before the replacement arrived?

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I made a purchase in good faith after being informed that the product was compatible with my car. The card did not work so another one was issued. This also did not work so I asked for a refund (after it costing me to return the cards). Like many others on here, I did not receive it with requests for me "to be patient". I have since pursued the matter with my bank through a debit dispute and had the money refunded by them - a brilliant service and one I'd advise anyone having the same problems to explore. Took around 20 minutes on the phone with instant payment to my account. The bank is now pursuing a charge back so SNC will pay one way or the other. On my experience - STAY WELL CLEAR!

I got an SD card map for my Nissan Qashqai 2013. They claimed it to be a 2022-23 version but in reality it was a very old version.
I tested it on road whose speed limit was reduced from 40 to 30mph many years ago. But this map was still showing old speed limits. This was a proof that the map version was a false claim. I returned the card and was refunded the money but lost the postage costs on it. My advice, buy from the car dealer rather than such third parties.

When coming down the motorway it takes you off every junction and you rejoin the motorway at every juction.

From ordering,the SD card arrived a few days later. Well packaged and good to have my navigation up to date again. Many thanks.

Not been far in my car as yet so won't know how good it is

Giving 2 stars as after a promising start it all went wrong.
So this is a factual review.
Emailed these people on a Sunday and received a reply, so a good start I thought.
Placed my order and was asked to submit photos to check compatibility. Despite doing this before the deadline my order was not posted that day. In fact after receiving an email telling it was on its way a couple of days later, it still took another week to arrive. The postage on the package proved they had only posted a couple of days before receipt and not when they said they had.
The card did not work so I sent it back and was quickly sent another. Still didn't work so I returned this as well for a refund. After 2 weeks and a email telling me to be patient I had to ask where my refund was. After another email exchange I was refunded via PayPal (apparently they couldn't refund my credit card... ???), which PayPal held for 24 hours for security checking. Finally got money today, Dec 3rd. So a month and a half from start to finish. Not so great.
Facts to be aware of. Don't trust their posting promise. Don't believe the information on the website. Apparently the maps I ordered were 2021/22 versions. Fact : all the map data on the card was dated 2016 (I have a screen shot as proof). So I would not have received up to date maps as advertised. Wonder what trading standards would have to say about that.
So although what seemed to be a good start did by no means end that way.
Honestly I would avoid these people.

I ordered a sd. Card upgrade but my car for some reason kept playing up so it was returned and sat nav connect was brilliant about it it was my car at fault they quickly refunded me they were fantastic about it thank you sat nav

In spite of me providing the correct address and the promise of delivery I am still waiting for my part.
