Still no SD card!

First SD card arrived very quickly so initially pleased. However the card did not work. I contacted Sat Nav Connect and they agreed to send a new card once I had returned the original. I did this via recorded post and the card was signed for.
Since then, and following various emails to the company I have not received a replacement, although Ive had various emails from them confirming they would put the new card in the post!!

It sounds like you have had a frustrating experience with this company. It is not acceptable for them to make you wait for a replacement card after you have already returned the original one. We recommend that you contact them directly with your order details to ensure that they have received the returned card and that they are processing your request for a replacement. Additionally, you may want to consider contacting your local postal service to see if they can provide any additional information about the status of your package.

Help needed ASAP

Sat Nav Connect provided me with the F10 SD Card & where 10 out of 10 with helping me with all enquiries & purchase

After the SD Card arrived I tried to install it into my ford focus titanium 2015 only to find out that my car is compatible for touch screen sat nav , only the car needs a file download to the E C U ,,

Further investigation on YouTube I came across a video with same make model & year car & the owner had to buy a OBD Gennie component to download the required file to her car before the car could recognise the sat nav & then you can insert the F10 SD Card ???

Ford main dealers want to charge the customers £511 to download this file ?

Would be very much appreciated if anyone could let me know where I can get my car sat nav put right & in working order ???

No SD-Card and no refund. Fraud !!

I ordered a SD-Navi card for my card on December 18th, 2022. On December 20th, I get an email saying that my order has been cancelled. On January 18th, I haven't received a refund yet. I've contacted them twice through the website. First, they are not friendly. Second, they don't give me any solution. The company is clearly a fraud. I want my money back!
