Their client portal was easy to navigate, making it easy to find information. I greatly appreciated Rhino's transparency about pricing and fees—there were no hidden charges, which was refreshing. Rhino is definitely a convenient alternative to traditional security deposits, and I found it to be a cost-effective option that saved me some upfront costs.

I am thankful for a company like Rhino, things happen and when they do having a company you can turn to when wanting that great place to live is important. Rhino made the process very easy, and quick to respond once you apply. I never felt I was being judged because I needed to use them. Using Rhino was a great way to not have to worry about coming up with a large deposit and being able to move into my new home. I have used Rhino twice, for me it gave me peace knowing I can apply for my new home without worrying about the deposit. Thank you Rhino for being there.
