This company called rhino has helped me out tremendously especially with having a first unborn son at the time of moving in. I didn’t have the extra cash to move in and rhino helped me out by allowing me to pay a certain amount and financially I wasn’t stable I was the only one working currently at the time and it was rough trying to find a place with a dog and a pregnant wife. But by being introduce to rhino I was able to save money I didn’t have to move in a place called home so thank you for doing that team rhino❤️🙏

Rhino has been incredible. It is very easy and straightforward to use. Without Rhino, I would not have been able to move into my apartment because the security deposit was so high. Rhino helped turned a very stressful moving situation into a smooth one!

Rhino helped me financially when it came to my security deposit because many places want 3x the rent and in Bridgeport, CT that's kind of hard, especially with the current inflation!! Rhine made it very convenient for me when first moving in bc I had a double deposit and they got it to $300 but it’s non refundable compared to 2k

They also have plans with different options giving people a chance to be able to move in without the stress of all this cash upfront it’s a great resource

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We liked the idea of providing our tenants with the ability to use Rhino and avoid putting up security deposits. Seemed like a win win knowing Rhino would step in when needed.

When we recently had a tenant vacate without paying their last month's rent, we went to Rhino and asked them to step in and honor their end of the contract. Rhino refused to pay with no good reason as to why. Their responsiveness was limited at best and everything was done via email. For every 3-4 emails we sent, we received 1 short email reply, never fully explaining their position. When we asked to speak with someone, they said their customer interaction is limited to email.

We are left unable to collect and having to seek reimbursement from the tenant through legal action. We are worse off. The tenant is worse off. Rhino made money.

We run a fairly large multifamily portfolio and will no longer permit our tenants to use Rhino.

I love Rhino!! It made moving to our new place actually happen quicker than expected!! The fact that some apartment ask for twice the rent as a deposit makes it difficult to gain the independent life we want and with Rhini helping with our deposit was amazing and truly a gift!! I wish more complex would offer it as an option!! Thank you Rhink for existing!!
