Nice and responsive staff, very professional. Their legal department helped me submit complaints to regulators that actually moved the needle. The process took time, but I felt supported all the way. One star off because of the success fee. You pay upfront and at the end as well, it costed me around 20% of what I got back.

Customer service was excellent, and the team kept me updated. It took almost 10 months, but we got back a chunk of what was lost. I think they could be faster. Still happy with results.

ScamHelp can do little to track down the scammers.
I believe ScamHelp is a legitimate organization and do what they can to help but I found in the end they can do little more than write letters for you to send to law enforcement and the businesses involved. I had already done a lot of the work but they suggested. They did nothing to track down the scammers and recover my money. If you have the time you can do everything they suggested or use the money to get an attorney.

After a scam in november 2024 I found cyberclaims and phoned with one of their team in netherlands who informed me that I have a chance to rescue my money. Because I used bank-transactions there would be a good chance for success if I would act fast and follow the right course of action. I decided to give them a try and gave them all info I had from the scamers.
After reviewing my case I got easy instructions according my dispute with the banks involved in my transfers. So long I got a part of my loss back from the bank and we are still working on my balance. The team is very friendly and we check every stepp, so I m very happy I got help and could not have made it alone so far.
Doing a good job I rcommend cyberclaims.

I worked with Anna for over 6 month and was able to secure a refund. She prepared a tracing report for me and guided me further up until we reached regulators. Regulators took 2 months in total, and only now I received a message from them confirming that the refund will be granted.

Don’t think it’s a scam but I would not recommend, they told me I had a very strong case and that it was very likely to get some results so they charged me a lot of money. They did a lot of work but for example when they asked me to send an email to certain companies and I told them that the email was not working they just ignored it and turned to something else. They helped me to recover 5 transactions through the bank, it was a chargeback assistance. I was investing in stocks and the company apparently went underwater. I did quite some digging and learnt that the company had never been properly regulated, in other words, it was a scam. I tried approaching the bank myself, but my request was denied. I decided to seek some professional help and they helped me to escalate my chargeback further. The bank reconsidered the decision and I got the full amount back plus interest.

Non credevo più a nessuno, perché sembrava che tutte le soluzioni fossero truffe. Poi, ho deciso di rivolgermi a Scam Help, e posso dire che sono stati un grande aiuto.
Hanno fatto un lavoro incredibile nel rintracciare le criptovalute rubate e nel congelare i fondi, impedendo che venissero trasferiti altrove. Inoltre, sono riusciti a identificare il truffatore, il che mi ha dato molta più fiducia nel processo.

Dopo essere stato vittima di una truffa online legata a una società di trading Inglese, mi sono sentito completamente perso. Fortunatamente, ho trovato Scam Help, che mi ha offerto un aiuto immediato e un supporto incredibile.

I lost a significant portion of my savings back in 2023. I initially approached another recovery company and regretted it since I was not receiving the support I needed.
They were not able to help, so I quickly decided to look for an alternative. I chose scam help and I am glad I did it. Their team seems to be professional and knowledgeable. In the end, I achieved what I wanted with their help.
