A great, well equipped Villa. The position is fantastic, with the beach and the town on your doorstep.

Es war ziemlich unkompliziert mit dem Anbieter. Die haben ein Online-Portal mit Kundenchat und Online-Check-in. Die Unterkunft war wirklich genauso, wie beschrieben, keinerlei Enttäuschung. Können wir nur empfehlen.

We had a great stay in one of their villas in Majorca and any little problems were sorted promptly and efficiently. Would recommend them highly.

I used to live and work in Northern Mallorca, so was familiar with location we booked. But even for an old hat like me it was perfect.

FORMALLY EASYVILLASMALLORCA
Our apartment , Beach apartment Cirerer ,Port de Pollenca was on first glance lovely. We would have expected less as our holiday was the most expensive family holiday we’d ever had .
The first minor irritation was the given name wasn’t the correct name for the apartment so there was some confusion for our taxi driver finding it
The apartment clearly hadn’t been checked over before our arrival and I note the same issues were happening in subsequent reviews . The toaster was broken , a few door handles ,the shower head slipped down and locks were broken - my daughter got locked in the bathroom and the fridge freezer packed in.Someone came quickly to rectify these issues but our bedroom door handle fell off again .
We were assured the fridge freezer was fixed. It wasn’t . It took 5 days for a replacement and in the interim easyvillas lied saying they had sent someone round but we weren’t in. My daughter , whilst alone in the apartment ,found a workman in the kitchen unannounced .
When the replacement fridge freezer came ( after my husband ringing the emergency line over the weekend) it was small and stank of an electrical fishy smell which permeated the kitchen and lounge area.
The new fridge freezer was delivered day 7 of our holiday and the old fridge freezer removed day 11 of our holiday
I sent a complaint via email . It was ignored so I asked for an hojas de reclamaciones. It came in pdf form which I couldn’t fill in.Over the next week easyvillas Mallorca put up every barrier blocking me from complaining .
The asked I came to the office - the Port decPollenca office was closed at the weekend .They refused to reply to my email complaint hiding behind this process then after increasingly rude and latterly aggressive responses stated ,’Proceed how you want,our assistance team will get back to you regarding this matter ‘ on 25th July. I’m still awaiting a response !

Great communication and service provided. The house was very clean and matching its description, clear instructions, and very appreciated early check-in made possible without extra fee.

A lovely location with great amenities close by. The villa has a great outdoor space for eating and it has the feel of being deep in the countryside whilst being only 10 minutes from Alcudia. I couldn’t recommend it more

Large, clean and bright flat centrally located on quiet residential street in Port de Pollensa. Beach, restaurants, shops and cycle hire all within 5 minutes walk. Good communications from the company and rapid responses to questions. Would stay here again.

The condo is in a fabulous location! Walk to the beach, walk to restaurants, walk to shops! The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise! I would definitely stay there again!

Great villa with a very large pool in a beautiful setting with a view of the private "house mountain." On the porch, you could enjoy a meal or relax in the rocking chairs. The kitchen was well-suited for cooking, and the bedrooms and living room were top-notch. There are minor deductions in the bathrooms (only one shower with a fairly thin water stream and an extremely long warm-up time, one bathroom upstairs open to the bedroom, which is not ideal for privacy). You could have the villa cleaned once a week, and there were plenty of fresh towels – all of this made the stay very comfortable.

Firstly, we have been to Majorca on many occasions and stayed in various properties - this was our 4th time to Pollenca.

I know Sealand Villas (was known as Easyvillas) provide the map reference for the property, but why haven’t any of the three that we have stayed at with them have the property name outside, as when we arrived we thought we were at the wrong place as there was an old car parked inside the gates so we presumed it was being lived in.

Once inside the Villa though, many issues but a toilet seat with its cover were detached and propped up against the wall. We immediately phoned and to their credit, the owner came round soon after to temporarily fix it. The following morning a representative came so we could highlight the other issues. She took numerous photos and removed a rusting saucepan lid.

Again to their credit, a gardener arrived later in the day and by cutting back the hedge, the pool could be accessed via the steps and the lifebuoy was now discovered. A further tidy up revealed a bench. Has no one stayed here for months? Also, a number of unused small tiles were removed that had been left along the edge of the pool.

Also outside, all the sun loungers were stained and the metal frames were very grubby including were you would rest your arms. I pointed out that I had started to clean them with a kitchen scourer that they had provided, but surely this should have been done before guests arrive.

A plumber also arrived later that day to properly repair the broken toilet.

Later on, we received a new set of breakfast bowls and glasses, so thank you as they were much appreciated. One of our many gripes had been that the entire crockery and cutlery collection was made up a bits and pieces; there were no sets so it seemed as though the owner had collected whatever he/she could find. Also, a cleaner was sent out as cleanliness had been raised including a greasy orange liquid in the fridge.

A couple of days later, my wife went to use the hairdryer and was showered with pieces of black plastic and the sound of the dryer was ear piercing. We called to report it and was told a new one would be sent out later that day, if not first thing the next day. As nothing had arrived by mid afternoon the next day, we called again and a replacement arrived later.

Also, before we arrived, we were asked via email if we would like the Villa cleaned during our stay. We accepted the offer, especially as we were playing nearly €200 a night, and rec’d confirmation that this would be done on 02 October. No one came, so we made contact and a cleaner finally came out two days later, on day 11 of our 13 day holiday. Let’s hope the cleaning team return before the next lucky holidaymakers!!

Once home, Sealand asked us to submit a review, but because we didn’t provide a top rating, it wasn’t accepted on to their website - check their website, there are only 4* & 5* ratings 🤔 Because of this review, we have now been blacklisted from booking future holidays, but continue to be sent emails despite unsubscribing - so much for free speech!!!

Such a clean and spotless villa (who are your cleaners!!) with a lovely setting and a beautiful pool. The decor was traditional, yet airy, with some lovely arty touches. Very feng shui layout. The kitchen seemed brand new. The facilities, wifi, etc. all efficient. We didn't see a soul, just as we like it, apart from delightful Bertie Bassett hound next door who came to see us to say hello every afternoon. There's a rugged path across the little ford that you can walk straight into Pollensa, seeing goats and bats and the amazing night sky on your walk. Best without torch for seeing the stars. The road to villa is narrow but easy to navigate once you know and adds to the off the beaten track feel. Loved it. Thank you Sealand and villa owner for a very smooth arrangement.

We had a great stay in a well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated place. We loved all the details in the house, the spacious garden and the pool. The only thing to be improved might be moscitoscreens in the windows as our kids really suffered from the mosquito bites although I understand that that would not fit the charme of the lovely house. A very friendly and helpful gardener tends to the garden every day and if there were questions we had a response within half an hour. Absolute recommendation.

Byla to ideální vila pro 8 osob včetně tří dětí. Mnoho volného prostoru, kde si děti vyhrály, ne jako v malých pokojích v hotelích. Navíc byla dobře vybavena kuchyně a k dispozici byla i pračka a před vilou byla 2 místa na parkování.
