The live chat is a perfect way of communicating, i found it so useful - its a great middle ground between the phone & email.
I chatted with Liz, she was SO helpful and patient.
I loved the fact that her quotes included actual cabin numbers so that you could research them to see if they would suit your requirements 💙
She followed up at each stage to keep you informed & to make sure that you'd got what you needed so that you felt that your booking was being taken care of.
This is the first time in dealing with SeaScanner - I had a great experience with the booking process; better than another cruise company I had asked for a quote from, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them👌 And if you end up speaking with the lovely Liz you'll be very well looked after 👏 👏 👏

customer support by email and within 24 hrs Aimee had got in touch - had read my email and from that moment in effect took over and resolved the problems I needed help with. Kept me informed throughout, reassured me everything was being dealt with and then her colleague Mitch completed what was needed leaving me a happy and relieved customer

JUST BOOKED A BACK TO BACK CRUISE WITH MSC. AND I WAS TOLD BY LIZ TO BOOK THE 2 CRUISES SEPERATELY AND THEN CONTACT HER. WHICH I WAS A BIT NERVOUS IN DOING SO INCASE ANYTHING WENT WRONG. WELL EVERYTHING WENT THROUGH OKAY CONTACTED LIZ SHE CONTACTED MSC GOT BOTH BOOKINGS PARED UP AND BOOKED SINGLE BEDS ON BOTH BOOKINGS GREAT. THANKS LIZ FROM SEACANNER CUSTOMER SERVICES REGARDS STUART

Online booking easy - contacting them afterwards is not as they don't answer the phone the live chat is not working and they give a three day response time to email enquiries.

Booked over 1 year in advance. A few months after booking sea scanner dropped the price by £700. Contacted them to ask if they could honour the new price and was refused. Beware that you may not be getting be the best price. I will book direct with the cruise line next time.

Spoke to dawn today, had to change a name on my booking from one traveller to another. Very simple and quick process, very clearly explained, no issues and straight to the point, whole process done in less than 10 mins. Thank you dawn

I was very happy with the initial booking and confirmation of my booking process. Very good value for money. When I raised a query about changing my cabin I was well supported by Shannon. She was very patient in finding us a more
suitable alternative cabin.

I wanted to make a part payment but currently the Seascanner website doesn't allow it. I contacted Customer Support and a lovely lady called Dawn sorted the issue fairly quickly and made it possible so I could make a monthly payment.

Easy to book with the help of colleagues on the web chat function. Great prices and deals. For queries after booking there isn't a web chat facility and when completing the required form it can take several days to get an answer which can be stressful near to departure. Customer service colleagues however are really good once your query is picked up. Mitch sorted everything out perfectly and got us back on track.
