I had booked a cruise through Sea Scanner that went through without any issues cropping up which in itself was refreshing. Then when trying to amend some activities I had gone on too book I ran into some problems. So I contacted
customer support by email and within 24 hrs Aimee had got in touch - had read my email and from that moment in effect took over and resolved the problems I needed help with. Kept me informed throughout, reassured me everything was being dealt with and then her colleague Mitch completed what was needed leaving me a happy and relieved customer

After receiving what I thought was a confusing email advising my Smart meter readings were incorrect and that on reviewing charges I owed a substantial sum
(a few hundred £'s)that would be deducted from my account. My 1st email challenged the figures and the logic given I had also submitted fairly regular readings. I received a prompt reply that they would look into the matter which they did and we resolved one of 3 issues. over the next 10 days and 3 more emails Sean O with whom I had been talking had rectified the outstanding concerns I had, I was fully satisfied with the outcome and how pleasant an experience it was even though it was about money and asking for a refund - The Octopus actually listened ( ok read my emails) but I felt throughout Sean and co read my emails investigated and corrected errors. Power to Octopus !!!!

Happy with the installation of our smart gas and electric meters. Lovely engineer , very tidy and helpful. However, I am unable to comment on the IHD monitor..for me as important a reason to have smart meters installed- because whilst gas seems to be recording data as yet the electric readings are not coming through and after following the web site FAQ's.
In addition disappointingly the IHD monitor battery does not hold a charge and do only works if plugged in to the mains.
Following the FAQ's 4 days after installation I reported the lack of electric readings and the fact it only worked whilst plugged in ...I was informed a technician would call me within 48 hours. I waited a further 5 days and again rang the help line and was once more promised a call within 48 hours. ...2 weeks after Installation I am still waiting
Just so disappointing... No one seems to care about the customer

Knowing my prescription had changed in October from a monthly drop to 6 weekly I expected a slight delay in contact to arrange the next delivery of my injections. Up until now service communications have been 1st class. After going past my next due injection date by 3 days I emailed the enquiry line and did receive a call back about 5 days later but I wasn't in and the person spoke to my wife but didn't arrange a drop off date - they said they would ring back within 24 hrs but no call received or answer phone message left. After a further 4 days I telephoned and spoke to someone who was very helpful and advised someone would be in touch within 24 hrs. That is now 3 days ago and still no communication. I am n ow 11 days past my due injection . Not very good though I appreciate times are difficult with CoVid

Just received our 20cm and 28cm frying pans so have only just started using them both but initial impression is they are super and you definitely don't need much oil at all in a pan to get either food cooked or crisped

The process for us 60> but <70 was pretty simple on line and easy to complete and the medical questions to the point ..For our parents 83 and 87 one with some past complications but most what might be found with any aged 80+ individual a phone call was required and although the persons we spoke to were very patient and helpful I doubt my Mother would have coped without us handling the questions and answers.But it was also quite clear this was a situation the person in sales was well used to doing and was both patient with us and helpful throughout. Well done
