Raccordé en télésurveillance chez Securitas depuis 6 mois, tout se passe bien, les opérateurs sont réactifs.
L'installation a été faite par un installateur indépendant qui m'a tout bien expliqué.

Rétractation impossible une fois le matériel installé. Même en cas de vente de votre habitation, vous devez payer. Le materiel appartient à DST, mais en cas de panne c'est le consommateur qui paie. Et ces gens, remplis d'honnêteté, s'octroient une indemnité de 10% en cas de rupture de contrat avant la fin.
Il y a plus de juristes que de techniciens dans cette société... A FUIR !!!

no quieren dar de baja el servicio dicen que debe hacerlo la persona , es decir mi madre que esta ya en la residencia impedida. les envio la autorizacion firmada, los papeles de la residencia y tienen EL MORRO de decir que necesitan poder notarial NO odemos ir ni vamos a ir al notario! NO LO RCOMIENDO ademas hay ofertas por la mitad de precio en otros sitios.

After my 5 year contract was complete I'm being sent a cancellation charge. After I paid for 6 months during Covid for no service after we moved and they couldnât send anyone out to install the equipment. After sending bank statements in and Talked to at least 5 customer service reps after being on hold for hours ,who stated itâs taken care of, Iâm still trying to get it done. I was on hold this morning for 15 minutes and hung up on.
This company has 0 customer service once payment is received.

Attention, nous les avons quittés pour méthodes commerciales inadmissibles. Notamment reconduction du contrat de mes parents âgés pour une durée de 4 ans (et pour un coût tres élevé) sans qu'il aient compris la durée d'un tel engagement. Ou encore le defaut de retrait du materiel, au terme des 4 ans, malgré 5 relances vaines. Le retrait a dû etre fait par un autre interenant à nos frais.

My camera only works when the doorbell is pushed. There are no live recordings.
Iâve been on hold then transferred and calls dropped for 1.5 hours. Iâm fed up.
Today, I talked directly to the tech and I honestly think he will try to resolve my issues. (24 hours after my tech visited)

The worst company out there. It took me 3 months just to cancel my services as it is near impossible to get a hold of anyone and apparently you have to speak to their âloyaltyâ department to be able to cancel. Long holds then phone disconnects, no response to emails or calls, they say your request has been opened and someone will reach out to you and no one does and just terrible terrible customer service. I wouldnât trust them to protect anything. Absolutely useless.

Last year we moved and tried to get things switched to new home. It took 2 weeks to speak to a live person! Now I want to cancel services since contract is up. I've been waiting 6+ weeks for a phone call. Email was sent, and several phone calls. I got someone on the line, only they didn't know it. Her name was Jessica. She was speaking to someone named Jeff. Go figure. This company doesn't deserve to be in business!
Terrible customer service. Not worth the premium.
I have been with a security company that was recently bought by Securitas for years and I rarely had any problem. They recently changed the hardware and now there are false alarms all the time. On two occasions, I spoke to a customer service agent who were nice but they are stuck with the conncected departments which seem to be completely inefficient. Book keeping and collections don't respond to their requests ("they don't respond, we can only transfer you to their voice mail box...") and the technicians can't do anything unless the other departments sort out a problem that they created themselves. So I'm basically stuck with false alarms because collections doesn't call me back. Not to be recommended. I'm looking for alternatives in Montreal.

Had there been a zero rating, I would have used it. Terrible customer service. Average wait time is 35 minutes to speak to someone! Managed to do so and someone was supposed to call back to schedule a technician visitâŠdidnât happen. Back to waiting endlessly to re-engage with someone. Previously with StanleyâŠbough out by Securitas Canada.
