Very happy with our new door. Service was top notch and cannot fault the quality. Had lots of compliments from neighbours already!

The fitter gav h turned up in good time and didnt stop until he had completed the 2 doors
They were fitted very well and everything was all cleared away

Excellent service from the start (Mark Heyward at Chelmsford) to the fitters and scaffolders. Everything as it should be. Maybe not the cheapest - but I only wanted it done once!

The 2 installers Tony and Mike were excellent chaps, would definitely recommend SEHBAC the windows look fantastic and these 2 fitters did an excellent job They were very professional, completed the job with no issues .

It's the quality and service after installation that matters and they did not do either well.
10 years ago I had an installation (that looked fine) but after just 6 years the windows started 'blowing' ie condensation between the layers.
From 12 windows fitted, 6 had to be replaced under the 10 year guarantee. A further 2 have failed recently after the 10 year guarantee expired in April 2025.
They replaced the 6 without quibble but it was hard work for me. On 2 separate occasions the replacements were wrong - internal Georgian bars misaligned - it took them 5 months to get them right.
Another time a replacement order got 'lost'. The Customer Service Manager told me they are too busy to acknowledge an order so you have no way of knowing until you chase weeks later. You do not get a replacement installation date until they arrive in their warehouse. I think they sub-contract all manufacturing. He also told me in 2021 that triple glazing windows are more efficient but don't last as long. The salesman failed to mention that!
I found they often don't return calls and when they do their landline is poor quality like their windows.
When I requested to escalate my concerns to senior management I was told the Directors don't get involved. That alone should be a red flag to any prospective customer.

We are very happy with our new windows and the fitter on the day, Gav T was excellent.
The company and Gav T were also very good when following up a small issue with the product. Highly recommend both company and Gav T.

The window fitter Gav T arrived promptly. He was very professional in his approach and his work was excellent.

The product is excellent quality and was fitted by Paul and John. They didn't rush the installation. They took their time to make sure it was completely perfect. They are a credit to SehBac. Highly recommended.

We popped into the Chelmsford showroom to look for new windows, doors and cladding. We were met by Ged, who was incredibly helpful and explained all the different options available. He then booked to come out and see us. We were happy with the quote and quality of the products, so placed an order. We were then contacted by Colin the surveyor, who also made an appointment. He arrived and did a complete survey, answering any questions we had. We are now waiting for an installation date. But until now the service has been first class, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SEHBAC

After deciding to buy a new conservatory for our home, from the initial conversation with the sales representative, John Barr to our survey with Andrew White, we have been hugely impressed with every stage of design and build and the suggestions on how we could make our initial thoughts even better by making some minor changes.

The teams attention to detail and their professionalism have been hugely impressive and we would have absolutley no hesitation in recommending SEHBAC as a business as their customer service is second to none. We were appointed 2 Project Managers (Cliff Tricker & Kev Wheeler), they helped everything run smoothly throughout the build.

Special mention must be give to our installers, Dan Goulding and Joel Smith, they worked so hard, tidied up after themselves throughout their time with us and did a fantastic job, we are very happy customers and are looking forward to enjoying our new conservatory once the final phase of electrics & plastering is completed.

Have used SEH for well over 20 years now and we say we have an SEH home! Most things have been done and coming around to be done again.
SEH is very good at communicating re times, etc and the staff are always very nice.
Only 1 issue in all these years, which was sorted

I had my front door fitted yesterday 8/9th. Fitter was very good. Very tidy and clean worker. Overall experience was excellent.
