It's hard to comment on your case without knowing a little more about it, but clearly it's been extremely frustrating, and not the experience that we want our customers to have. Thank you for taking the time to write a Trustpilot review. This is just a short reply to say that our Customer Services team received your note about the problem yesterday, and they are urgently looking into your case. They will come back to you directly and also respond here. For orders to places such as Bermuda we do have to rely on international couriers, who have been subject to considerable disruption over recent months. But your delay seems exceptional, and it's obviously frustrating not to have been kept informed. We will update you as quickly as we can.

UPDATE 29th May 2020
Dear Kate,
We have now received details from our courier company. Our Customer Services team will contact you to explain what happened and where we are now. In fact the sink arrived in Bermuda on 24th March, but there seem to have been a number of delays, certainly exacerbated by the Coronavirus situation. My understanding is that the sink should be delivered to you very shortly. Again, please accept our apologies for the delay. We do rely on international couriers for these orders, and we received no feedback from them that there was a problem. We hope the sink, after this long wait, meets your expectations.

Thank you for writing such detailed feedback on your experience with Shaws. We're so glad you persisted with your order, despite the worldwide disruption. The Shaws factory is making sinks right now, so hopefully you won't have to wait too long for yours. I have already passed on your kind words to Sandra and Christina. May I add, in response, that Sandra said you were 'so lovely to deal with!' Neither of them are expecting to be passing Santa Barbara any time soon, but your offer is greatly appreciated. And do remember that our sinks are intended to last a lifetime, and you can, at any point, contact our Customer Service team for help or advice. Please also let us know when your sink is safely in place in your kitchen. We would love pictures!
