SHE EPC レビュー

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended!

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received from Sasha and the entire SHE-EPC team.

From the moment we got in touch, Sasha was incredibly attentive, understanding and accommodating. Given the circumstances and the short notice, she went above and beyond to help us, arranging the EPC quickly and taking the time to clarify the payment process. Throughout everything, she was responsive, approachable and genuinely considerate of our situation.

We are currently going through the process of purchasing our family home, and the EPC was one of the final hurdles we needed to overcome. With so much going on and a lot of pressure to get everything sorted, having someone as helpful and reassuring as them made a world of difference. Being able to speak to someone who understood the urgency of our situation and was so willing to help gave us genuine peace of mind during what has been a stressful process.

As a family, we have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, kindness and efficiency shown by everyone involved.

It’s not often you come across a business that combines such a high standard of service with genuine care for its customers. Sasha and her team made what could have been another stressful task feel straightforward and reassuring.

I will always remember the support we received, and I am genuinely grateful for everything they have done for us.

If you’re looking for an EPC, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SHE-EPC. Exceptional service from start to finish, and a real credit to their industry.

Thank you again, Sasha, and all the team. We wish you every success for the future!

Do not hesitate to use this company, I was quoted £150 by the estate agents recommended company and shopped around and SHE -EPC quoted me £85 for exactly the same job.
Lydia who completed the EPC survey couldn't have been nicer, survey was completed on Wednesday and and I already have the certificate.

We used SHE-EPC for our Energy Performance Certificate and couldn't have been happier with the service. They were able to come out within a few days of booking, and we received the completed EPC the very next day after the visit. The assessor was friendly, professional and efficient throughout, and made the whole process quick and easy. We'd definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to anyone needing an EPC.

The team were very professional, quick to respond to queries and very collaborative. Their pricing is competitive and they also happen to be a friendly bunch. Only have positive feedback for them, highly recommended.

Lydia from SHE-EPC was very professional and amazing at every step. Communication was clear and prompt. She arrived at the property on time and carried out the EPC with accuracy and professionalism taking her time to check everything.

The EPC was provided in good time.

Will definitely book her again and recommend her to my neighbourhood, friends and family.

Pleasure working with you Lydia

Lydia was efficient, polite, professional and quick to respond, she liaised with my tenant directly to make an appointment, and kept me updated via whatsapp and email. I will definitely be using her services again.

SHE EPC was really helpful with great service and a same day epc report would definitely use them again.

Lydia's team were lovely - helpful and efficient! They were able to undertake an EPC at relatively short notice, and maintained excellent communication both before and after the visit. Throughout the assessment Lydia herself was friendly yet professional, and afterwards very prompt with issuing the EPC. All in all an excellent service at a very fair price - I highly recommend and would use again.
