Very friendly and done the job

Lydia was great - responding to my enquiry quickly, fitting in with my timetable for the visit, arriving promptly, checking she'd got all the info necessary before she finalised the EPC. We'd definitely use her again.

Lydia was on time, professional and friendly. Great communication with us so we knew what to expect and the price was as quoted. The EPC was with us the same day and we will definitely be using Lydia for any fitter electrical or gas works we need. Definitely recommended.

Flawless experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend

We recently had our EPC certificate done and were very impressed with the service Lydia provided. We booked her in the day before and she was professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. The assessment was carried out efficiently and the certificate was provided quickly afterwards. Very good experience overall and we would definitely use her again in the future.

From the first point of contact through to completion, Lydia delivered a genuinely outstanding service. She was warm, approachable and clearly knew what she was doing — everything was handled efficiently and with real care. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Lydia made the whole process very easy and explained what everything meant. Booking was easy and she managed to fit me in quickly and issued the certificate promptly, which was great. Pricing was very competitive and Lydia was a pleasure to deal with.

Great! Highly recommend

5 star from me. Super knowledge and very flexible. Bang on from Maidenhead
Good communication and very professional

Lydia was excellent from start to finish, demonstrating real care in producing an accurate EPC for the building. In the past, we’ve had surveys where default assumptions were applied with little attention to detail, resulting in unfairly low ratings for what are actually high-performing properties. Lydia took a very different approach and worked closely with us throughout, ensuring we provided the correct evidence and information so the assessment truly reflected the building’s performance.

Thanks to her thoroughness and professionalism, the final rating properly captured the significant improvements made across the house. I can’t recommend Lydia highly enough.

Lydia has been super helpful from the start for this EPC certification job, patiently and promptly answering all my questions and I was able to book an appointment with her easily. The assessment was done professionally and quickly. Overall extremely happy with the experience and would highly recommend to anyone!

Good service. Great communication. Very competitive prices. Would recommend.
