Das Fahrrad ging nach ein paar Monaten kaputt und ich schrieb eine Nachricht, niemand antwortet mir

Das Rad wirkt solide u ich finde es ist ein super Produkt. Tolles Preis Leistungs Verhältnis Habe es noch nicht gefahren, weil ich keine Papiere erhalten habe. Leider war keine Gebrauchsanweisung dabei. Bin angenehm überrascht vom Service, Verkäufer meldet sich, fragt mehrfach nach u ist sehr bemüht.

I received my Shengmilo S700 last Fryday and I'm over the moon. It's exactly what I hoped for. I'm 72 and didn't want a real mountain bike but rather a city e-bike and the S700 is exactly what I wanted and it fills all my expectations. I did a first 50 km ride and was very quickly used to it and reached easily 36 km per hour. I regret that there is no lock at the bicycle like we normally have in Europe so I had to buy a new one. And now I have to find a bike rack for fat tires that can be mounted on the tow ball of my car. I also miss the possibility to buy trunk bags although they are mentioned on the official website.I'm sure I will be using this e-bike for many years.

La mia bici s900 nonostante il ritardo nel riceverlo,questo non per colpa loro ma per altri motivi estranei sono stati comprensivi nei miei confronti che mi hanno pure fatto arrivare assieme alla mia bici un paio di occhiali da ciclismo,guanti e un casco per il ritardo con l'ordine,mi hanno sempre tranquillizzato sono contento molto disponibili a rispondere ai dubbi e domande che avevo per loro nonostante la pressione che davo per il semplice fatto che non avevo in mano ancora nessuna tracciabilità del mio ordine..detto ciò tutto apposto arrivato bene imballato e potevo seguire il corriere col GPS. Ringrazio anche al corriere molto disponibile aiutando la mia compagna con l'enorme scatolone e grazie ancora a voi SHENGMILO-BIKES

La bicicletta è arrivata in un tempo ragionevole, ben imballata. Il prodotto è conforme alla descrizione, di buona qualità costruttiva.

While their products are sufficiently good for the price, their customer service is lacking and they absolutely are not adhering to warranty laws of the EU or EU member countries.
In my case, had bought 3 bikes, after 14 months on one of them the cargo basket broke, which according to EU law would been within the 3 years warranty. They refused to replace it with the reasoning that THEIR warranty rules exclude this part after 1 year. They would sell me the cargo basket for 99 Euros and a 70 Euros shipping fee. Absolut unacceptable for a part that costs no more than 10 Euros in production and is shipped from within the EU. Besides the ignorance to EU warranty law.

PS: Already had contacted the after sales support before this review. With no acceptable solution offered.

Great bike, power and acceleration are just amaizing. Aluminium aloy frame is lite but very stabil.

Last year I bought a Shengmilo electric bike. I am extremely happy with it. I ride it in all seasons. In fact, since I have had it, I go to my workplace only with it. I am also extremely happy with the support for spare parts.

The bike is ok for the price, the front shock is not very good , its a good bike i have lots of fun .. my friend is gona buy 1 also 👍
Package come witouth any issues..
I would recomed it to my friends..
Even my son is happy ,, The bike looks cool ..
It took 7 days to come to europe but thats ok i guess ..

I ordered S900 and the delivery was fine. I assembled it easily by watching video instructions (I did not find any kind of instructions in the shipment). I started using it on the same day and the experience was great. It is riding smoothly and I really enjoy it. It is very good the battery was initially charged and I was able to test it immediately.

Ich finde das Fahhrad Super, da man egal unter welchem Untergrund die Kontrolle hat und es vom Fahrgegühl eine Menge Spaß macht. Desweiteren finde ich den Kundensupport sehr kompetent, da es schnelle Rückmeldung gibt und zuverlässig ist. Auf jeden fall eine Empfehlung wert.
