I’m very happy with this electric bike. It is comfortable, easy to ride, and the battery lasts long enough for my daily trips. The motor provides smooth and reliable assistance, making hills much easier to climb. The build quality feels solid, and the bike is fun to use. Overall, it offers great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable e-bike.

I purchased two electric bikes, the Shengmilo 600 and the Shengmilo 700, both equipped with dual motors. They are extremely powerful, well-built, and of excellent quality.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable e-bike for challenging climbs and demanding mountain routes. The dual-motor system provides outstanding assistance, even on very steep hills, making every ride much more enjoyable.

The value for money is excellent, and the delivery was incredibly fast. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend these bikes to anyone looking for performance, quality, and reliability. Elisabetta

I am very satisfied with my purchase of the Shengmilo S600 bicycle. The ordering process was smooth, and delivery took only five days to Poland. The bike was well protected and easy to assemble. It looks modern and solid, provides plenty of power, and performs well. Communication with the seller was professional.

I am truly impressed by how much you get for your money with the Shengmilo S700. The dual motors get me up any hill. Went up an undersea tunnel in Norway at 30km/h 😀. The range are ok, but I wish there was around 25ah and not 17.5, but thats not a complaint. I cant think of any ebike thats gives you more for your money. Also loves the high load capacity on it, and the build quality seems good. Also loves that Shengmilo now includes a rear light with brake lights. Would suggest also including blinkers. Also very impressed by Shengmilo customer service, the bike was shipped within 12 hours, and they have followed up on whether I am satisfied with my purchase.

S900 picks up speed extremely quickly! In 1st gear it reaches 40 km/h. The battery lasts about 50 km, which is normal for such a powerful bike. The only thing that can cause a problem is if the cyclist is taller than 1.75 m, his knees will rest on the handlebars. The range of 50 km is completely real and even excellent for aggressive riding on electricity. The geometry of the frame is really an important detail - for taller people (over 175 cm) the shorter distance between the seat and the handlebars can limit comfort when cornering.
Communication with support was at a top level. Delivery to Bulgaria took only one week

Super schnelle Lieferung.

The Shengmilo S600 is a brutally powerful and solid electric bike. It is an excellent choice for both daily city commuting and rough forest trails, as it handles steep climbs and bumps effortlessly. The full suspension ensures a highly comfortable ride even on rough terrain, and its modern design commands real authority. Great value for money!

Additionally, the customer support has been excellent so far; they replied to all of my messages by the very next day. To top it off, the bike arrived in less than 4 days! Highly recommended!

I've bought my s600 one year ago and so far only the bushing from front fork needed to be changed. Delivery was good, packaging was good as well and client services are good,at list for me all was good. The ride is great an lots of fun.

Its very good costumer and good help to service parts 👍

Overall a great company to deal with , they produce exceptionally good E-Bikes capable of lasting a long time , giving lots of enjoyment and being a great help for commuting and transporting a substantial load in a work environment ,

A good amount spare parts available but possibly not everything you might need at least not as standalone pieces but maybe as part of a bigger assembly of parts ,

Shipping is relatively fast and reliable with good tracking

Communication with the company is quite good , fast and friendly ,

Overall a great experience with almost everything and everything is of great quality

From the time I clicked the buy button to the bike's arrival and the assembly of the S600, everything was surprisingly easy. Within 3 days I had the bike arrive well packaged and not missing any parts. Assembly was super easy as the bike was 90% assembled already. Everything is documented well in the user manual provided and support is very approachable and easy to work with. All required tools to put the bike together are included. The build quality of the bike is very well made and I've had no issues putting it through it's paces. Battery life is also great, I get well above the rated capacity of the battery and notice no change in power output once battery levels are low. Charging the battery is super simple whether it's on the bike itself or on its own, a simple barrel plug connector makes charging really easy. This bike feels fast, with or without the limiter and is always a pleasure to ride. Money well spent.

Fantastic E-Bike for City Cruising and Excellent Support!

I purchased the Shengmilo S600 about a year ago, and it has been an absolutely fantastic e-bike! I primarily use it for running errands, picking up groceries, and visiting friends around the city. The ride quality is incredibly smooth thanks to the full suspension and the fat tires, which handle regular streets and bumpy roads perfectly. Even though I don't take it on rough off-road trails, the bike feels incredibly sturdy, safe, and well-built. The battery holds up great for my needs. Plus, their customer service team was extremely prompt and helpful when I recently reached out to request a copy of my invoice. I highly recommend Shengmilo to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable ride!
