The Shengmilo S600 is a very capable electric mountain bike for the price.

It has impressive power and will climb very steep roads and tracks. In dual motor mode, it can also handle soft sand surprisingly well, which makes it a very useful bike for the kind of riding I do.

I use the bike a lot, and when it is operating properly, it is genuinely a pleasure to ride.

I have run into some issues, but Shengmilo have done their best to understand the situation and work toward reasonable solutions. Their support has been helpful in trying to get the bike back to the standard it should be.

I am extremely pleased with this ebike. The bike arrived on schedule .There was slight damage to the box but the contents were unharmed. I assembled the bike quickly and when I came across a small problem the advice backup was instant. This is the best constructed ebike I have ever owned and I look forward to many happy cycling days. Bike arrived very quickly and well packed, battery was also fully charged so I appreciate that. Pretty simple to put together but the instructions could be improved. Bike runs amazing and I haven’t had any issues so far, would definitely purchase from them again.

Ich habe nun zwei E-Bikes von Shengmilo gekauft und Beide sind einfach super. Die Fahrräder sind ziemliche Kraftpakete und es macht einfach Spaß damit zu fahren. Die Batterie vom S900 ist ein heftiges Powerpack, ich weiß gar nicht ob es zur Zeit eine Stärkere für E-Bikes gibt. Der Shengmilo E-Bike Store ist einfach super und die Begleitung bis zum eintreffen des E-Bikes und darüber hinaus, ist sehr gut. Meine Ansprechpartnerin Frau Qing ist wirklich prima. Sie hat stets jede Anfrage schnellstens beantwortet und war immer sehr hilfreich. Die nötigen Papiere für das E-Bike habe ich sehr schnell bekommen und was ich besonders gut finde ist, das die Anleitung auch auf deutsch zu mir kam. Ich kann die Marke Shengmilo nur empfehlen, meine Bikes sind beide super .

Hi, I ride my Şhengmilo S600 bike daily, the problems I've encountered in a year are.. Broken bottom anchor, the one that holds the rear wheel, aluminum alloy but hollow on the inside, it broke when I hit a pothole in the middle of the street, the rear shock absorber - I'm extremely unhappy with it, I've changed it twice and now I've requested a 3rd one.. It doesn't last long on a bike that weighs almost 40kg with all the accessories, I'm 70kg, so I'm not a heavy person, the brake discs should have been 180 for both wheels, not 160, because the brake pads wear out very often, the front light, I don't have access to repair it myself, that electrical wire cable is molded directly into the headlight, my horn doesn't work, nor does the light, the wire is broken directly at the entrance to the headlight housing, only when I move that cable it works by hand, so I don't have access to repair it, the place for the rear luggage rack is a bit small, I don't really have access to attach a basket to the back unless I raise the seat very high, many of us are dependent on a rear luggage rack on the bike, Otherwise, during the warranty period and after the warranty, the Şhengmilo operators with whom I collaborated on WhatsApp and on the official website were very serious and good, I am very satisfied with the collaboration with them, that's all I had to say.

I’m really satisfied with the Shengmilo S600. The bike feels powerful, stable, and very comfortable even on longer rides. The dual motor system gives excellent acceleration, and it handles hills and rough roads without any problem.

The suspension is one of the best parts — riding feels smooth even on bad roads or off-road terrain. The battery life is also impressive, and the overall build quality feels strong and premium.

I’ve used many electric bikes before, but the S600 gives a much more confident and enjoyable riding experience. It’s perfect both for city riding and adventure trips.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a strong and reliable e-bike.

Das Shengmilo S600 ist an sich ein super Fahrrad. Leider hat mein Akku einen Defekt: Nach nur 5 km verliert er zwei komplette Balken und die Spannung bricht dauerhaft von 54,6V auf 45,9V ein.
Der Support versucht mich nun mit faulen Ausreden abzuspeisen und behauptet frech, so ein massiver Einbruch nach nur 5 km sei „normal für Lithium-Batterien“. Trotz Video und Multimeter-Beweisen wird die Garantie ignoriert.
Gutes Bike, aber miserable Schadensabwicklung. Vorsicht beim Kauf!

J'ai acheté ce vélo il y a moins de deux mois. Je l'ai utilisé seulement 8 fois, uniquement pour faire des balades tranquilles entre chez moi et la mer. Je ne fais ni de tout-terrain, ni de chemins difficiles, et je fais très attention à l'endroit où je roule.

Et pourtant, je me retrouve déjà avec une crevaison de la roue arrière. Franchement, je ne trouve pas ça normal après si peu d'utilisation.

J'ai donc acheté, à mes frais, un pneu 26"/3" et une chambre à air de meilleure qualité que ceux d'origine, pour un prix bien inférieur à celui des pièces vendues sur leur site, que je trouve d'ailleurs beaucoup trop chères (sur AMZ, 2pneus, 2 ch.à air, moins de 50€ / contre 100€ le PEUNEU + chambre sur Shengmillo).

Le pire est arrivé au moment de remonter la roue arrière, avec son moteur, la cassette des vitesses et le disque. Déjà, la démonter a été une vraie galère. Mais la remettre en place est presque impossible seul. L'axe et les ergots sont tellement difficiles à repositionner qu'on a l'impression qu'il faut être trois pour y arriver. Pour un simple changement de chambre à air, et de pneu, ce n'est pas normal.

Aujourd'hui, j'ai de la colère, pire, j'ai envie de le jeter ce vélo. Une crevaison, ça arrive. Mais si derrière on ne peut même pas remettre la roue correctement, il y a un vrai problème de conception.

J'attends maintenant des explications et que la garantie soit prise en compte et qu'une solution me soit proposée. Mais, qu'est ce que je peux bien attendre de leur part ?

Ce qui a rendu mon expérience positive, c'est avant tout que tout s'est déroulé simplement et sans accroc, de la commande jusqu'à la livraison. Je n'ai rencontré aucune difficulté particulière à aucune étape.

Concernant le vélo lui-même, après environ 78 km parcourus en tout, il reste 2/3 barres au compteur. Je suis très satisfait. L'autonomie semble excellente puisque je n'ai pas encore eu besoin de recharger la batterie après la charge initiale. La puissance est bien présente, et la majeure partie du temps, je n'utilise que le moteur arrière, mais ce n'est finalement pas ce qui me marque le plus.

Ce que j'apprécie surtout, c'est le sentiment de sécurité que procure le vélo. Il inspire confiance : le freinage est efficace (même s'il fait encore un peu de bruit), les suspensions font bien leur travail, l'assistance électrique est réactive et la rigidité du cadre est rassurante. L'ensemble donne une impression de qualité et de maîtrise, quel que soit le type de trajet.

Mon seul vrai point négatif concerne le garde-boue avant, qui est clairement en dessous du niveau du reste du vélo. Son efficacité est très limitée et son choix est difficile à comprendre sur un vélo par ailleurs aussi bien conçu.

À ce stade, mon retour est donc positif et je suis satisfait de mon achat.
