I cannot thank Victoria Kerr and her wonderful team at Simpson Millar enough. After months of fighting for SEND school transport for our son, Victoria was an absolute godsend. Her professionalism, compassion, determination and attention to detail have been exceptional. She kept us informed, acted quickly, and she and her team worked tirelessly to put forward our case. Thanks to their incredible dedication, we finally got the outcome we’d been hoping for. The relief is indescribable! I will be forever grateful for everything they’ve done for our family. Highly Recommended
Had a really bad experience previously with New Law Solicitors. So I was somewhat sceptical about being transferred to Simpson Millar. I was completely wrong. As soon as I spoke with Charlotte Laing and Abi, I knew that everything was going to be ok. I was talked through in fine detail about where the case was and what to expect. It took the other solicitors from 2022 to almost present date to do nothing.
Charlotte pulled out all the stops and got a resolution on the case. I cannot praise and recommend her highly enough.

Second time calling this firm
Second time calling this firm - reception and other people who I’ve been passed to are not helpful at all . Been put on hold for long lengths of time , waiting for responses by email for days . I think they prioritise clients they think are best for them and leave others waiting for days . I would not recommend since if you can’t answer simple questions or be helpful on the phone I don’t think they would help your case not if they don’t want to .

Poor communication took over my 3 year old case & then said we’re going to close it down. I’ve got a scar for life don’t go with this company.

Joli Prifyi
I can not recommend Simpson and Millard enough, should I ever need the service again I will be returning to them I would not want to deal with any other companies. Joli Prifti and her team from the very start were knowledgable, helpful and supportive. I don’t think I would have got the outcome I was looking for without them.

I can’t thank Shazia enough
I can’t thank Shazia enough as she guided me through the whole process of my personal injury claim. I always felt at ease speaking to her and she spoke in layman’s terms and none of the legal jargon. She’s a superb solicitor but above all just a lovely lovely person to have in your corner. I am sure I drove her insane on occasions but the patience and tolerance displayed by Shazia was just unbelievable.

My experience with Simpson Millar was exactly what you'd expect
My experience with Simpson Millar was everything I expected. My case was long and very intricate. I had multiple representatives from Simpson Millar help me along the way but the lady that closed my case was the awesome Charlotte Rankin. I tested her resolve on many different occasions being that my case was very emotional and stressful but every time Charlottes professionalism and humanity brought me back to centre. I would highly recommend Charlotte and the Simpson Millar family.
