I have used SJL insurance for a couple of years. They answer the phone quickly and provide an excellent efficient service. I would like to thank Alex Whaley and Oliver Davies who renewed my policy this year and provided an excellent service as usual.

East to talk to and do the work for you

Timely, straightforward and clear correspondence. Easily accessible by telephone ( no long waits to be answered). A good service from Victoria Newton and everyone at SJL.

Listened to my request and gave some good options

Good advice, sorted everything out, looked at various options for me etc..

Usually, I wouldn't need to use a specialist insure, but given the circumstances I had to. I have to say that this was the sort of service you would expect that is sadly lacking these days. Absolutely seamless. It may have been a bit "Ferrari" pricewise, but the service was top notch. Well done SJL and well done Hayley. Highly recommended

I just needed landlord's home insurance, and have been using this company for many years. Fortunately I have not needed to make a claim. However, I have found their administration to be extremely efficient, updating my needs as time has progressed, and being very friendly and helpful when renewing my policy.
