Cela fait des années que j'utilise Skiptax sans aucun problème. Le service client est rapide et efficace.
Dans le passé j'ai eu l'occasion d'utiliser d'autres services de détaxe: Avec une autre société dont je tairai le nom, je n'ai pas été remboursé malgré la validation électronique (Ecran vert sur Pablo) et leur service client m'a dit de revenir en France avec le produit que j'avais acheté et de refaire une détaxe; vu que c'était une centrale vapeur, je ne l'ai pas fait... Avec une autre compagnie ils ont mis plus d'un mois à me rembourser. Apparemment ils ne soumettent les bordereaux qu'une fois par mois auprès des douanes françaises... Au moins avec Skiptax on sait tout de suite si la validation a fonctionné ou non et le remboursement est quasi instantané. Je recommande à 100%.

Je l'utilise très régulièrement.
Ça fonctionne très bien.

La lecture du code barre par la borne Pablo est parfois capricieuse

This is an easy to use service and my refund was in my bank account in 24 hours, I would definitely recommend it and would use it again.

So simple - easy service and fast payment of tax on exit from France - only advice to anyone using it would be to make sure you ask retailers to mark receipt for Skip Tax as forgot in a couple of shops outside of Disney so couldn’t claim that back to rough my own error -

Once app downloaded, a very easy process, make sure to add receipts daily to keep on top of them all. Once you've added all of them, it's easy to generate a final barcode to scan at the airport. Payment was made within 24 hours, definitely worth doing.

I’ve used SkipTax a couple of times when using the LeShuttle. It’s so easy to use once set up.
The refund can so
Sometimes be in your account the next day and sometimes it can take up to 10 days.
But is all adds up and will definitely be using it each time I visit France

We have just returned from a week in france.I used the skiptax app on my phone everytime we bought goods.The app did all the work.Our refund will be in our bank soon.Brilliant company.

It was pretty fast and easy, I just wish I'd built up my refund in the app throughout the holiday, instead of trying to do it all in a mad panic at the airport! I made it with a few minutes to spare before boarding.

The app made it pretty easy, I can have no complaints with the process.

Always simple and easy to use and payment is made quickly into my account. Only issue I ever have is at Customs in Calais - the machine is never able to scan the barcode and I need to get a Customs Official to enter manually.

Very easy to use the app. Downloaded and set up before leaving the UK and scanned receipt daily and kept in safe place. Easy to find Shiptax at CDG and within 12 hours the money was in my bank - cant fault
