Franchement impressionée. Pendant longtemps, je ne faisais pas de détaxe par peur de la procédure. Là tout est expliqué, simple, et en plus remboursement reçu en quelques heures

Use it whenever we visit France. Simple to use app. Fast refund. Not used it going through an airport as we always drive. Shuttle terminal is simple, little bit harder to find with a ferry crossing but okay once we asked someone. Will use each time.

Worked well, easy to operate, clear about needs and how to amend. No issues.

All of the 4 machines at the eurotunnel were out of order and no customs officials or printer to be found. Absolutely pointless spending time uploading all the receipts. It does say on their website things might be offline very late or very early during eurotunnels 24/7 operating times but I think 7.45-8.15am is a reasonable time to expect them to be working.

100% recommended! Some shops didn’t recognize this system but if you show the French instruction page to shops, most of them kindly took necessary actions. And the speed of the refund was incredibly fast, compared to other major tax refunds companies. I would love to use this again when I travel next time.

Really easy to use the store helped to ensure the right documentation was given and simply scanned the invoice and completed the process at the port.

top tip make sure you download the app before you go set it all up as far as the screenshot of invoices with photograph all receipts tap in how much you spent and then the tax so easy to do remember it’s not food or drink it will go off remember to generate your barcode and scan it at the station another top tip just keep it altogether in one suitcase and do not take anything out of its boxes. If you’re wearing clothes keep the tags and all the receipts together they do random checks we personally didn’t get checked but I’m sure they do check. We got the money the next day after that analysed and it was slightly less than they said on the app but still worth doing really was great thing make spending a day in disneyland paris not feel so bad

Very easy process, you are taken through all the steps necessary to complete the claim and the money is transfered to your bank very quickly

First time user and elderly. Made a few mistakes with invoices but received advice from SkipTax and invoices amended. Refund in my bank the day following leaving France. Pablo was a bit temperamental but worked eventually.

Everything was easy, the staff at Calais Wine Warehouse helped with the application. The only problem we had was finding the tax office at Calais port, once we had that sorted everything was quick and easy. Refund in my bank the following day.

Really pleased with the quick refund I receive. I have used this service last year and this year, so easy to do during my trips to Disneyland Paris. Its excellent the refund is made so quickly into my bank account ready to pay the credit card bill.

The app is easy to use with clear instructions. The app created one barcode which we scanned at Charles de Gaulle Airport and Skiptax had the money in our bank account the day after arriving back in the UK. Great Service.

The app is very good , the folks at Calais wine warehouse also help you out if you have any issues using it.
The scanners at eurotunnel Calais took a while but eventually read the generated barcode.

Easiest way to get tax back.
Upload receipts every night on last day create barcode.
Once we were at the tunnel the SkipTax self serve were easy to use and no queue. Scanned barcode I had my refund the very next day.

Easy to use app and worked well at the terminal. The only negative was that I couldn't find out how much Skiptax charged for their service until I checked the final email and realised it was 20%. I don't recall seeing that stated anywhere prior but maybe I just missed it somehow.

Once I had a good signall it was so easy to use and i will use again
