Rich has been amazing throughout our mortgage application process. He was always available to provide help and support. We couldn't have done it without him. Really friendly and professional and went above and beyond.

I approached Sky Mortgages a while back as a first time buyer looking to gain some insight into the house buying process.

My immediate reaction was how switched on the personnel were. Mine was a bit of a unique case which required quite a bit of legal work - all managed and reviewed by Sky Mortgages.

Sky Mortgages were also incredibly on it as to chase solicitors on both sides of the exchange.

I’d also like to say a special thanks to Rich King, although not the primary correspondent in this process, was very influential near the end and without him pushing the solicitors the exchange would’ve been delayed substantially.

Rich was fantastic from start to finish. Being a first time buyer I had no idea what to expect and all the jargon etc can be daunting but there were no stupid questions and I was put at ease right from the first contact. Rich was informative, efficient, friendly, helpful and the end product was exactly what I needed. The process was smooth from start to finish and I cant recommend highly enough! If you’re debating Sky Mortgages dont hesitate. They were recommended to me by a friend and now I understand why!

I had a great experience getting my mortgage sorted through sky mortgages, extremely efficient and I was informed of what was happening at every stage so I knew that it was all going through. It couldn’t have felt more easy and friendly service!
