I found Slater Byrne to be very efficient, friendly staff and always there to assist no matter what. Would definitely use Slater Byrne Recoveries again.

We had an invoice at 68 days overdue. I logged the invoice on the Slater Byrne website. The next day I got communication that a letter of demand had been sent from Slater Byrne to our debtor, and that evening the client had paid us in full. Getting paid an invoice we thought we would need to write off, one day after handing it over, was a great relief. Added to that, we expected the recovery cost to be up to 30% of the value, but the invoice arrived and it was only 20%. Thank you Slater Byrne - we will definitely be repeat customers should we have overdue account going forward.

Wally and Tania is very great on their job! I just submitted some accounts for assistance in chasing payments and after a day or two, our client has paid their outstanding invoices! It's awesome that Slater Byrne always got our back in chasing stubborn clients.

The incompetence and lack of accountability in this organisation is diabolical. I provided all the information I had available for my claim to Slater Byrne which they used to recover a debt from a client on my behalf. After charging me commissions and additional administrative fees, they came back and informed me they could not proceed with recovering the debt due to information received from my debtor's solicitor. This information was the exact same information I had provided from the beginning when enquiring if it was possible to recover the debt. I have sent numerous emails to Slater Byrne, have called and asked for call backs and there has been ZERO communication from them. They were more than eager to take our money illegitimately. Now are not even acknowledging their mistake or willing to return any of the money charged. Their response states they credited the credit default lodgement fee, however, this was never returned and I received an email stating they would not be refunding this fee regardless of their oversite. Add inconsistent to my list of grievances. An absolute disgrace.

We joined Slater Byrne this year to help us recover some debt a client owed us. The process was easy and we received updates along the way. We agreed to a settlement with the client, which was negotiated by David Cuddington and we were very happy with the outcome. We will definitely be using Slater Byrne again, should the need arise.

Slater Byrne are amazing, the staff will take time to explain to you what is happening with your case, they take the time to actually call you and not just by faceless emails. They keep you up to date with where things are at and explain your options.
They get results too, will use them again if the need arises.

Little service or contact from your team. When we call to find out the detail, there's nothing much information provided for the progress of recovery the debt. This can creates un-necessary mis-understand between our client and account department.
