It always amazes me how patient and friendly everyone is at Slater Byrne Recoveries. They are super professional. We got the money! Wally was great. He is persistent and follows through.

I have had a personal debt outstanding for about two years. I took the legal route first and it was successful to a degree but no repayment of the debt was forthcoming. Finally, I realised that it had actually come down to a commercial decision whether I continued following the legal route or considered a debt collector. After researching a couple of debt collection companies and speaking to them, I became aware that some companies' Terms and Conditions were less than ideal so I researched DEBT COLLECTORS on line and was so impressed with the reviews for Slater Byrne Recoveries. Not only were they excellent but there was an extensive number of them. From my initial contact with Slater Byrne , I realised that this was the company I wanted to use. Sandra was so efficient and professional and within a very short time I had an agreement signed and have received my first fortnightly payment. Thank you Slater Byrne. I have no hesitation in giving a 5 STAR review.

I'm a fashion designer with a business in the US, and therefore didn't have much hope in recovering a debt from a consumer in New Zealand. However, to my surprise, the debt had been recovered in a fairly short amount of time by Slater Byrne Recoveries.
They had kept me constantly updated, and consulted me on my options, without being pushy.
They're very professional in their dealings, and take seriously even a relatively small debt!

From the sign up process Slater & Byrne were open and willing to answer any questions we had. Shaun was really lovely to deal with and kept us updated throughout the process which ended with a long outstanding debt fully recovered.

Good communication and very quick attention to our case. Very difficult client paid immediately following contact from Slater Byrne, despite alleged dispute over debt.

Left in the lurch after put in so much effort to sign the contract. Had all client info except last name. Told them that from the start. They then told me to go elsewhere. Had proof, contracts for the job. Everything but last name. Could have easily got it.

Very happy with everyone at this company. They helped us recover money owed to us very quickly and effectively - very approachable and great service ethic. Don't mind being asked questions! The only thing I think they could improve is provision of more simple statements for clients to understand all the ins and outs of the various transactions that occur.

Exceptional service! literally had our debt resolved within 48 hours and it was a large debt. Highly recommend
