With regard to order 108925, we can see from the tracking that this has unfortunately also been lost by Amazon. This is extremely unusual, and certainly not something we’d expect to happen with two orders. We’ll be raising this directly with Amazon.

In the meantime, we’ve arranged for a replacement for order 108925 to be sent out to you today.
